Nestled in Grace Bay, this lovely townhome offers 2 bedrooms - one with a king bed and the other with a queen bed. With 3 bathrooms, including a soaker tub in the master suite along with a separate tiled shower with glass door and double sink. There is a screener in porch and a 2nd floor balcony each with a pool view. A great placedoe guests can relax and unwind after a day of exploring. The living room features a Sofa, 2 comfy chairs and a 55 inch smart TV with a Roku stick so you can login to Netflix or Amazon Prime to name a few. Enjoy the convenience of amenities like a hair dryer, AC, and WiFi during your stay. We're happy to assist with any questions while you stay at our townhome. There is 1 parking spot near the front door inside the gate and extra parking outside the gate. We can assist with booking your VIP airport transportation at a reasonable rate. You can stay here without renting a car but if you want to explore the entire island and see all the amazing beaches, we can make car rental referrals. We can also help you reserve a private pontoon boat rental for 7 hrs with a private captain show you around. Up to 6 people, inquire withing. Reasonable rates and always a highlight if available. Wonderful stay at this very well equipped condo. Coolers, snorkel gear, rafts, beach chairs, and beach towels all available for guests, and the kitchen was stocked to enable real cooking, if desired. There is a water cooler and coffee too. The beds were very comfortable, and the AC cooled the entire place quite well. Despite being walking distance to restaurants and shopping, the area was extremely quiet and peaceful. Both times we used the pool, no one else was around. Highly recommend!

Katherine was a great host! Very informative and responsive. She provided us with yoga mats that were hard to get on the island. The villa is in a great location and it is very clean and spacious. Lots of amenities and very spacious. Very clean and well equipped with everything! We really enjoyed our stay and would love to come back for our next Caribbean vacation.
