The house is gorgeous, modern, bright and worked perfect for our two families of 7 travelers. Bikes, beach chairs, pool, towels all worked great. 2 rooms with ensuite on 2nd floor, 3rd floor had a room with bath and office area with pull out sofa and half bath. Kitchen is beautiful and have everything you need to cook.. eventhough we did not😂.
Just wished we could have stayed longer. Communication with Russ was immediate and excellent and accurate. Great host! Definitely would stay again in future trips to TCI.

Host was great and prompt dealing with any needs. We enjoyed how spacious it was for our group of 6. Also enjoyed the private yard and pood.

We had a wonderful time staying in this beautiful condo! It was easy to walk to many restaurants, bars, shops, and the public access points to the beach. The condo was super modern and clean and had everything we needed! We used the 4 beach chairs daily. It was also very easy to communicate with the owner / manager. Thank you for sharing this beautiful condo with our family!

This is our third stay at Coco Breeze Villa. We wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Providencialies. Gorgeous home. Amazing location…right in Grace Bay. Don’t hesitate to book a stay. You’ll thank us later!
