Wake up to a taste of the Caribbean Sea, We are located a half mile (minutes) from center of Grace Bay the tourist capital of the Turks and Caicos Island. We are a private 2 bed room guest house that's located walking distance to the white sandy beaches, come enjoy a home away from home experience.

Bryan’s rental is absolutely fantastic! Super well stocked, with everything you need to dine in or head to the beach. Really appreciated all the beach equipment he has. Would definitely come stay again, and actually look forward to it.

I would not recommend this subdivision (leeward palms) for a family. My adult children were almost attacked by the stray dogs when riding the provided bikes. The combination to the bike locks were not provided but we figured it out. The inside of the Villa was clean and well stocked for cooking and beach. Although we thought we had a private Guesthouse, that was not the case. It’s like a duplex … with owner or someone upstairs too. Also a second rental attached to the side. We had to empty the bucket for the air conditioner on the back porch which looked jenky with tarps and random scaffolding in your view. Overall would not go back. See attached pics
