The large, fully stocked kitchen is ideal for home-cooked meals and opens to a dining area that seats up to 12 guests. Prefer dining out? Several excellent restaurants are just minutes away, offering everything from pizza and seafood to classic Southern cuisine.
Step outside to the covered lakeside deck or relax on your private dock while watching the family enjoy the water. With the house located only 50 feet from the shoreline, the outdoor space feels like a true extension of the home. The cabin was very nice. The owners communicated a steep driveway and the short bridge with us before arrival so we knew what to expect. The property was very clean and quiet, would stay again!!

Overall everything was great and we really enjoyed our time. Everything was clean and well organized. The atmosphere and view of the lake sitting on the porch were great! There were a couple things that stood out to us that we felt could use some attention. The steps coming up from the water onto the dock were very slippery. The other thing was the stove top burners were very finicky. They didn’t always turn on and sometimes they’d have to be pushed back into the receptacles. Other times the heat would either be VERY hot or barely hot at all, despite the number chosen on the dial. Of course these were just minor inconveniences during our stay and didn’t impact our enjoyment of the weekend! Thank you for hosting us!
