Absolutely one of the most luxurious places I have ever stayed. Beautiful property and equipped to the standard of home. Everything you need or want was provided. Exceptional.

This is one of the most luxurious holiday apartments we have ever stayed in. The location in the West End of the New Town was perfect for us as we explored around the Water of Leith and Dean Village, as well as the Calton Hill/Holyrood/Arthur's Seat areas and the usual sites in Princes Street and the Royal Mile. It was good to be away from the hustle of the Old Town and there were Sainsbury's and Tesco mini markets close by, so we were able to make use of the fully fitted kitchen too.
Fiona was prompt with updates before and during our stay and Malin was courteous and informative when she met us to hand over the keys.
Would definitely recommend and maybe we will be back one day.
This place was perfect! Just be aware that this is a very old building and there are little quirks with water flow if you try to use too many taps at once. For us it was not an issue.

Location was fabulous - very close to Princes Street but no noise when sleeping. The apartment was beautifully decorated and scrupulously clean, with high end facilities. The welcome pack was a lovely touch.
Nothing - everything was perfect for a weekend stay in this beautiful city.
