The owner was very helpful, instructions were very clear, how to park in the garage, where to find the keys and how to come to the apartment. The windows are really good for noise insulation since the location of the apartment is over a rather busy road. The apartment is near the city center.

It was rather hot and we couldn't open the windows because of the noisy road.

Close to downtown, but would not recommend

Central location, 7-10 minutes walk into central Trier. Hot water was great. Parking for the car. Elevator in the block of flats where the flat is located. 2 food stores within 1 minute walk. Renovated and new inside, modern. Coffee machine, tea kettle, fridge - all appreciated. Bathroom was nice, coach in the room, Internet was strong.

No shampoo. Incredible noice from the street. One cannot open the window without feeling like the cars are driving right through the property. The owners cannot do anything about it, but future guests need to know. Pillows too soft(that is some kind of a German thing), towels worn out and just 2 of them. Bedding was not cotton, some synthetic material. Host wanted us out before 10am, because of cleaning. I doubt cleaning starts at 10:02am, but that is what they said. Key needs to be returned in the key box by 10:00 am and not a minute late, so that the cleaning people can start cleaning. Aparantly the cleaning people have no key to the property. Very weird. So what happens if we are 5 minutes late to check out? Key available after 15:00. So cleaning of 25m2 takes about 5h. Felt the messages were kind of very formal and not warm. It was like “thanks, get out”. I understand we are just some customers, but never felt like that before….anywhere, and I travel a lot.

The apartments are quite comfortable and most importantly- clean! Very friendly owner😅👍🏻 In general it was very nice and the location also, everything was without stress. Thank you! Pleasant inside but not the most comfortable check-in experience.

The property was clean, spacious, and the kitchenette was very useful.

We thought getting and putting back the keys were a huge inconvenience. The pathway to retrieving the keys was unsettling and unsafe due to the location of the lockbox- not mentioning the fact that I could not return upstairs without the key itself.

Good location and value for money

The location is very good. Close to HBF. It is very clean and well equipped. Room is spacious and bed is comfortable. Staff is quick fast in terms of reaction.

It might be a bit complicated to find the right path to the room if you are first time to visit the apartment. Will take some time but finally we made it.

Perfect for a long weekend for the Christmas market!

Firstly, a gentleman called Igor was brilliant! His service for us was excellent and couldn't have been more helpful prior to our visit(we drove and had a top box on the vehicle, as it was underground parking I wasn't sure it would fit, he got precise measurements and even found a second option for us to park!) and the information provided to access was a perfect step by step guide. The apartment itself was spotlessly clean, well equipped and a perfect size for a family of 4. The location is a 10 minute walk from the centre of Trier where the Christmas Market is held and the amazing cathedral.

The only 2 improvements that I would suggest would be the pull out sofa bed isn't the most comfortable for 2 adults, but for 2 nights was more than adequate. My only other suggestion would be a slightly newer TV with a hdmi port (I brought a laptop and cable so in the evenings we could still watch UK television as everything is in German. But unfortunately couldn't plug it in, bring a scart adaptor) these 2 points are so minor. The apartment building itself doesn't portray itself as a great area, but the few people I ran into were warm and welcoming and even on a Saturday night it wasn't noisy. Once you're inside the apartment all is forgotten!

Great place for a short term stay in Trier

The apartment is spacious and clean, the parking facilities in the basement is a great plus. The apartment is 5-7min walk to Trier downtown. Super convenient! The owner left us water bottles, and some snacks - nuts, biscuits - it was very nice

No dishwasher (which wasn't much of a problem for us as we made a quick supper and light breakfast in the morning) No air con - luckily, it was just past the heatwave, so the temperature was just manageable. The windows were open but the traffic at night was very noisy - maybe it was a one off, some biking event or something.

The aparment was equipted with every thing needed. Apatrment in very good state and new fourniture. Big flat tv, netfix and 5 other platforms. 2 coffe makers ( esspreso and filter) electric kettle, sugar, peanuts, every spice, olive oil....every thing you need. Feeling home. Free private parking for our car.

I have stayed im countless places, this was the cleanest place I’ve ever stayed. Location was very close to the center. Communication of the owners were very fast, informative and kind. Thank you for everything.

Really nice!

The place is as it is shown in the pictures. Really comfortable and with everything what we needed. Ideal place to stay for short period if you are looking for an apartment and planning to prepare your meals. If you are looking for a hotel room, this is perfect and the price is really nice.

My impression while entering the building was not the best. But the apartment inside is rebuilt and is looks like a brand new place.
