Nice house in a small town

Nice home near the town centre. You can park your car nearby and walk through the town. The house is clean and nice. On top of that, Our host was the best. Normally, I don't like a place without self check in but thanks to our host, it doesn't bother me.

Location perfect with free parking at rear of property. Host met us on arrival and was very helpful. Apt faclities were clean and everything we wanted for a 2 night stay,including laundry and coffee.

Could do with curtains on frosted bedroom window to help block sun in the morning.

Clean, comfy apartment in Trier

It was a one night stay to break a long journey. Fantastic apartment with parking. A 5 minute walk to plenty of restaurants. The apartment was spotlessly clean, comfy and had all we needed for our 1 night. The host was exceptional! Nothing was too much trouble for him, he was so helpful! Air conditioning good.

The apartment is on a main road so keep front bedroom windows closed to keep the room quiet and simply use the air-conditioning to stay cool. No blind or curtain in the bathroom- at the back of the apartment- I'd prefer to have this, it didn't bother the others in the party.

Friendly and responsive host. Super clean place with parking right next to the apartment. Outstanding location- all of Trier within walking distance. Kitchen was well equipped, even a nice bottle of local wine waiting. Bedrooms were quiet with nice dark shades. The whole family enjoyed our stay.

Brilliant location, lovely apartment.

The location meant we could walk to everywhere in Trier - we were a 10 minute stroll from the Hauptmarkt and 15 from the Porte Nigra. The apartment was bigger than I had thought - so plenty of room for the 4 of us. It was spotless and well-equipped (we just had to wiggle the exterior key a little to open it from the street. Otherwise everything was perfect). The host was friendly and very efficient. A brilliant place to stay in Trier - thank you!

You should stay here!

we are traveling extensively throughout Europe, and have spent the night in about 15 places so far. This amazing apartment was the best yet! It has it all: location, spaciousness, top quality, low price, and everything is brand new. Our schedule only an allowed for one night stay, but I would’ve loved to have spent a week just luxuriating in this wonderful place!

Its located directly on a big two street road at which there is always traffic at. The sound proofing in the Windows is really good and they let really little to no noise inside when the windows were closed

the kindness and willingfullness to help in anything of Roschel, the proximity with the city center, the good advices in restaurants and places... The appartment is fully equiped for a family from grandparents to little babies, on the groundfloor, which make it easy to access with a stroller. The main road alongside the appartment could be a bit noisy considering its size, but the not such traffic in the weekend.

die optimale Wohnung für unsere jährliche Wochenend-Städte-Reise

Schöne großzügige Wohnung mit allem was man braucht. Gemütliches Wohnzimmer, große Küche mit ausreichend Sitzmöglichkeiten, Jeder hatte sein eigenes Schlafzimmer. Das war uns wichtig. Mein persönliches Highlight war die Badewanne. Zu Hause habe ich keine und vermisse sie sehr. Unser Gastgeber war in allen Fragen ansprechbar. Die Qualität der Betten wurde von jedem unterschiedlich bewertet. Ich habe gut geschlafen und habe nichts zu meckern.

Da ist nicht viel zu sagen. Dass wir ,,Alten“ etwas Probleme hatten den Fernseher zum Laufen zu bekommen, obwohl uns der Gastgeber das extra nochmal gezeigt hatte, liegt wohl eher an uns 🙂 Es wäre lediglich zu bemerken, dass in der Wohnung darüber eine Familie mit kleinen Kindern wohnt und es Abend bis zur Bett-geh-Zeit etwas lauter werden kann. Am späten Abend und Nachts ist aber Ruhe.

Zentrale Wohnung in Trier - ganz klare Weiterempfehlung!

Saubere, geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Fußgängerzone. Sehr netter Vermieter. Kurz: bestens für einen Kurzaufenthalt in Trier, alle wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten, Cafes für Frühstück, Restaurants und sogar ein Rewe in der Fußgängerzone sind fußläufig erreichbar, während das Auto hinter dem Haus einen Stellplatz hat. Ganz klare Weiterempfehlung!

Uns hat überhaupt nichts gestört. Aber was für Einige wichtig sein könnte: Es gibt nur ein Bad, bei voller Belegung braucht es da etwas Koordination. Bei drei Personen alles kein Problem. Ein Doppelschlafzimmer liegt nach vorn raus. Bei geschlossenem Fenster (es hat Klimaanlage) hört man so gut wie nichts, bei geöffnetem Fenster ist die Straße schon laut. Es gibt keine Spülmaschine, aber wer kocht schon bei einem Städtetrip. Aber wie gesagt - aus unserer Sicht keine Probleme.
