For just a bed as stopovers it’s okay. We will not go back though.
May have been clean, but general impression was that it was not.
General state was not great. TV was not working, kitchen while functional was strangely assembled.
Toilet was running water endlessly, sink was clearly second or third hand.

Appalling place - don't book this.
Possibly that the shower worked and there was hot water, otherwise nothing!
The place was scruffy and dirty. It was more like a very bad student bed-sit than a holiday apartment. The bedroom window was broken and couldn't be closed meaning anyone could climb in. The bins were by the open window so the room stank. There were dried bird droppings on the bed sheet. There was no proper curtain, just a net curtain so you were woken at first light. The television didn't work, the kettle lid wouldn't close and the shower curtain was filthy. It was a 45 minute walk into the Old Town. If I'd been told it was 30 euros a night I still wouldn't have thought it was worth it - but they charged 83 euros a night!

The location of stay was changed at the last minute. It was very difficult to find a time to meet to get the keys. The host seems to forget that when a customer is staying for business purposes, he or she cannot come to an office during regular business times. That's what receptions are for. But here there wasn't any.

Friendly host that allowed us late check-in when other properties would not accept us due to our arrival time. Totally fine for short stay.

Wrost experience I’ve ever had
First, the actually room is 30 minutes walk from the check in place. Second, the staff forget to prepare for 3 people and asked one to make own bed. Third, the entire place is not cleaned and there are too many stains on the sheet.

Block this from booking.com
This was a disaster. Worst room I have ever seen. Very dirty inside, walls and floors didn't see repairs for 20 years I guess. Terrible bed, everything stinks inside. And the pictures owner puts in the ad are not from this apartment.
This must be removed from booking.com !

Disappointing
The appartment is in the citycenter.
The appartment is very close to the station BUT tne key has to be picked up half one hour away. If you arrive by train you must go and pick up the key and then back to the station. By foot that is one hour.
The appartment has to be payed with cash when you pick up the key.
The bedclothes were not clean. There was a smell of tobacco smoke in the flat.

this place is a joke. beds with unwashed and unchanged linen. price 100 euros. and a room worth no more than 25. only for people with a low sense of taste and resistant to ugliness. the owner renting this place is clearly deprived of elementary decency and honesty, unfamiliar with European tourism standards. just a shame!

Unfortunately, I can't say enough good things about my experience with booking these apartments. This is my first ever negative review. I usually refrain from such comments. However, this time, with the goal that no one else is faced with such a situation, I decided to write. The city of Trier was one of the stopping points on our cycle route Luxembourg-Cochem. Therefore, of course, the trip was planned in advance and the apartment was also booked at least two months before our trip. We drove to the right address and found that this apartment is located in a residential building. When booking, it was not indicated which apartment we needed, so we called the hostess. Nobody answered us. After some time we received a message that the owner is not in Germany at the moment and that we should contact her representative. We called the given number. We were told that they had a problem with water and that they could not rent this apartment to us. We were also told that it was as if we had been told about it. But, of course, we did not receive any notification. We carefully checked everything and we did not find any information. We were advised to contact booking com. In short, but booking com did not help us either, because there was not a single free hotel (even a luxury one) within a radius of 100 km. We ended up in an unfamiliar city in the evening and without housing. Of course, the trip was ruined. I understand that anything can happen, but most of all I didn’t like the fact that no one warned us in advance and didn’t like the indifferent attitude of the apartment owners. I'm glad not everyone had that experience. But, if there is even the slightest chance that this could happen again, is it worth the risk?

All we needed was a bed to stay in and somewhere to keep our belongings safe. The beds were comfy and it was a perfect place to stay short term.

Den Schlüssel musste man weit oben am Berg abholen, in der Dunkelheit fast unmöglich mit Hilfe von zwei Passanten klappte es. Die Wegbeschreibung zum Zimmer war ungenau, wiederum Suchen,. Das immer im Keller, sehr dürftig ausgestattet, Preis 130 Euro in bar, inakzeptabel. i

Ich hatte ein dreckiges Zimmer vorgefunden , der Fußboden hat geklebt, die Bettwäsche war dreckig, die Dusche war dreckig. Angeblich sollte das Zimmer sonst weit über Hundert Euro kosten. Ich habe in mein Sachen geschlafen da ich abends nach 20 Uhr kein anderes Zimmer mehr gefunden habe. Das sowas über Booking angeboten wird ist ne Frechheit.

Брехлива інформація , занедбана і грязна кімната . Зустріла прибиральниця до якої дзвонили , грюкали в двері півтори години . Показала дуже занедбану кімнату , яку номером назвати не можливо ! Через кількагодинне сперечання відправила в іншу адресу , де кімната майже нічим не відрізнялася ! В обох адресах на будинку немає ні вивіски , ні номера будинку ! Жодного документу чи квитанції . За дві доби проживання персонал не з"явився , жодного прибирання .. АФЕРИСТИ !!!

Die Unterkunft war total dreckig alles war kaputt der Backofen war total verschimmelt einfach nicht zu empfehlen es ist einfach nur ein drecksloch der Fernseher funktioniert nicht die Jalousien lassen sich nicht runter machen eine Jalousie war zudem auch noch abgerissen!!! Die kopfkissen im Bett bestanden aus zusammengewürfelten couchkissen die wahrscheinlich auf dem Sperrmüll gefunden wurden

De locatie, aangezien we fietsen bij ons hadden. En het beddengoed zag er schoon uit.
Het is een soort afbraakpand dat in verhuur-appartementjes is opgedeeld. Alles is oud, afgeleefd en werkt soms niet goed. Er zitten geen deurtjes in de douchekabine, waardoor de hele badkamer en toilet nat wordt. Er is een keukenblok met wat spullen, maar geen afwasborstel of theedoek. We hebben voor gebruik het servies moeten afwassen.
Er is een terras achter het huis dat helemaal vol ligt met verbouwingspuin en autobanden. Op de 2e verdieping zitten er geen ramen en kozijnen, waardoor de regen zo naar binnen kan.
We moesten de sleutel op 7 autominuten afstand ophalen en contant afrekenen. En dan is het ook nog zeer gehorig.

Voor €125 per nacht verwacht je op z’n minst een fatsoenlijk niveau, maar dit was nog geen €20 waard. Zo vies, zo armoedig en zo slecht onderhouden; ik heb zelden ergens zo’n ellendige ervaring gehad. Absoluut géén aanrader.

Die "Terrasse" war voller Bauschutt, Essplatz war dort nicht vorhanden.
