About this apartment rental

This new beautifully cut 62 sqm apartment in the south of Trier is modern and cozy at the same time. The two-storey house is located in a quiet side street, in which almost always a near free parking can be found.
Within walking distance of the downtown area in just over 10 minutes, but you can also take the bus at the nearby bus stop, which brings you to the center, the train station or the many attractions. To the south station one goes 2 minutes, what u. a. for Luxembourg commuters is of particular advantage (every 30min). The shops are not far away and the next inn ("Altes Brauhaus") is just 5 minutes on foot above the house.
The apartment consists of a living room with a 1.60 m wide bed couch and large TV, a bedroom with a 1.60 m wide French bed, a bathroom with natural light, a shower and last but not least a well-equipped kitchen, in the table 4 People have plenty of room to take their meals. The windows of the living room and the kitchen open the view into small well-kept gardens and on the crowns of the large old listed trees of a small tranquil park (Schoenstatt Sisters) in the immediate vicinity. For a relaxed sleep, the rooms can be darkened by the electrical shutters attached to the soundproof windows.
The district Heiligkreuz has been named after a small chapel, which was built in the 17th century. Century in cross shape over a predecessor from which has been. This attraction can be found above in the extension of our street.
The imperial baths, the amphitheater, the cathedral, the Porta Nigra, the basilica, Herrenbrünchen and other sights, not only from Roman times, can be reached by foot in 20 to 25 minutes.

Well equipped loft apartment, 2 minutes walk from Trier Sud train station. 3 supermarkets just a few minutes walk away (Edeka, Netto, Lidl). 10 min walk to the city centre or hop on the train/bus. The bed is comfortable and the residential area and house are really quiet so you get a good nights sleep. We visited the Christmas markets and considering returning in the summer. Highly recommended!

Great appartment at a good spot in a fair distance to the center. Fantastic communication with the owner and high flexibility even in the case of short term chances. Great choice, we will come back.

Unser Aufenthalt in dem Appartment war sehr angenehm. Es war sauber und gemütlich. Zu Fuß waren wir in 15 Minuten in der Trierer Innenstadt. Gut gefallen hat uns auch die Bahnhofsnähe, durch die ein Ausflug nach Luxemburg unkompliziert starten konnte.

Meine Kollegin und ich haben uns diese Unterkunft für den Zeitraum unserer praktischen Prüfung gemietet und hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, das Bett sehr bequem und auch auf der Schlafcouch kann man gut schlafen.

Die Wohnung ist wirklich schön. Allerdings direkt neben den Bahngleisen, daher etwas laut. 10 Minuten ca. fußläufig vom Zentrum entfernt. Die Gegend/Nachbarschaft nicht so toll. Würde aber wieder diese Wohnung buchen.

Gemeinsam mit meinem Mann und 1 1/2 jährigem Sohn habe ich 3 Nächte in der Wohnung verbracht. Sie liegt sehr ruhig am Südbahnhof (Gleise hört man bei geschlossenen Fenstern gar nicht!), zu Fuß ist man schnell in der Stadt. Die Beschreibung der Wohnung ist sehr treffend: alles Nötige ist vorhanden vom Handtuch über die Bettwäsche bis hin zu einer gut ausgestatteten Küche mit Spüli, Reinigungstabs inklusive!! Sie ist modern eingerichtet und hochwertig renoviert mit einem sehr schönen Dielenholzboden. Das einzige was wir selbst mitbringen mussten waren Steckdosensicherungen, wobei wir die immer im Reisegepäck haben und sowas in einer FeWo auch nicht erwarten! Der Gastgeber war zuverlässig und schnell über die FeWo-Seite erreichbar und hat uns großzügigerweise sowohl den Preis ein wenig gesenkt, weil wir mit Kleinkind da waren sowie uns etwas später abreisen lassen. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt!
