About this apartment rental

This new beautifully cut 62 sqm apartment in the south of Trier is modern and cozy at the same time. The two-storey house is located in a quiet side street, in which almost always a near free parking can be found.
Within walking distance of the downtown area in just over 10 minutes, but you can also take the bus at the nearby bus stop, which brings you to the center, the train station or the many attractions. To the south station one goes 2 minutes, what u. a. for Luxembourg commuters is of particular advantage (every 30min). The shops are not far away and the next inn ("Altes Brauhaus") is just 5 minutes on foot above the house.
The apartment consists of a living room with a 1.60 m wide bed couch and large TV, a bedroom with a 1.60 m wide French bed, a bathroom with natural light, a shower and last but not least a well-equipped kitchen, in the table 4 People have plenty of room to take their meals. The windows of the living room and the kitchen open the view into small well-kept gardens and on the crowns of the large old listed trees of a small tranquil park (Schoenstatt Sisters) in the immediate vicinity. For a relaxed sleep, the rooms can be darkened by the electrical shutters attached to the soundproof windows.
The district Heiligkreuz has been named after a small chapel, which was built in the 17th century. Century in cross shape over a predecessor from which has been. This attraction can be found above in the extension of our street.
The imperial baths, the amphitheater, the cathedral, the Porta Nigra, the basilica, Herrenbrünchen and other sights, not only from Roman times, can be reached by foot in 20 to 25 minutes.
