Great location and comfortable apartment

It's a great location and had everything we needed including special wines from the cellar. The place is very spacious and fit 7 of us comfortably. It Is good value for money and is so close to the Altstadt. It's also very quiet. It isn't luxury but is comfortable and was better than I expected actually.

There is only one shower but there were two toilets so it worked out fine for 7 actually. There wasn't really anything we didn't like.

Great location, very spacious

Plenty of room, absolutely spacious, Short walk to old town, very clean, with big windows it still felt very private, kitchen well equipped , filter coffee machine , garage for storing our bikes

It lacked a bit of character, and with a small amount of effort the space could be amazing. Still we were not buying it so we didn’t care.

We had a lovely stay in the apartment and it was a great base for exploring Trier.

The communication prior to arrival was great and we were met and shown the apartment on arrival. The apartment had everything we needed in it and we all enjoyed our stay. The apartment was a short walk away from the city centre.

We were there during the heat wave so there was a bit of morning noise from traffic, as we had the windows open due to the heat. Obviously there is nothing that the hosts can do to about the traffic.

Zentral und trotzdem ruhig

Große, helle und schöne Wohnung, die zentral liegt (wenige Minuten Fußweg zur Porta Nigra) und trotzdem ruhig ist. Wir waren als Familie mit zwei kleinen Kindern hier und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Ganz klare Empfehlung :) + Sehr, sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Vermieter!

sehr große Wohnung in zentraler, aber dennoch ruhiger Lage, sämtliche touristischen Ziele im Innenstadtbereich sind fußläufig zu erreichen, der überaus freundliche Vermieter hatte für die Parkraumbewirtschaftungszone passende, kostengünstige Tagestickets zur Hand, die Betten waren sehr bequem, zuverlässiges W-LAN, komfortabel für mehrere Personen war die Ausstattung mit zwei Schlüsselsets

bei der Dusche ist der Wasserdruck sehr niedrig und die Temperatur nur schwer zu regeln, zudem schwankt die Wassertemperatur

Einfache, zentral gelegene Dachwohnung mit unschlagbarem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis (ab 4 Personen)

Der Vermieter erklärte sich bereit, auch etwas früher am Tag uns zu empfangen. Er hat für uns einen kostenlosen Parkplatz ermöglicht, weil er sein Fahrzeug wegfuhr. Ansonsten hätte man 2 Tageskarten der Stadt Trier kaufen müssen. Vermieter hat alles gut erklärt. Sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Bei Abreise einfach Schlüssel in der Wohnung lassen und Türe schließen. Die Lage ist perfekt: Zu Fuß zur Porta Nigra in 5 Minuten. Wir genossen das unschlagbare Preis-Leistungsverhältnis der einfachen Bleibe (zu viert; es passen aber auch große Familien rein), ohne modernen Schnickschnack.

Es war die Wohnung unterm Dach an den bisher 2 heißesten Tagen des Jahres Anfang Juli (34 Grad). Trotzdem war die Temperatur erträglich in der Nacht, was wir uns schlimmer vorgestellt hatten. Also: Nur für wärmeempfindliche Menschen ist es im Sommer vielleicht auch mal zu warm.

Zentral, groß, aber etwas kalt

Große pragmatisch eingerichtete Ferienwohnung, sehr zentral gelegen, 2 min zu Fuß von der Porta Nigra entfernt. Parkticket für 6 € pro Tag haben wir vom Vermieter bekommen. Ausstattung einfach, aber alles da. Sehr netter Besitzer, der sich um alles gekümmert hat.

Die Heizung funktionierte leider nicht richtig, vor allem im Wohnzimmer wurden die Heizkörper kaum lauwarm. In den Zimmern war es etwas besser. Vermutlich müssen die Heizkörper mal entlüftet werden oder die Zentralheizung bringt das warme Wasser nicht bis nach oben.
