Good communication with host, there was a small issue with missing hand soap and it was at our door in a half hour. Fabulous location if you want to be close to the action, restaurants and shops, just steps away. Noisy area because of that but as soon as the windows are closed there is very good soundproofing.
Excellent coffee supplied and the beds were really comfortable.
You have to park across the road at the Mercure Hotel parking lot, because the property is not accessible to vehicles. It wasn’t a big problem but you want to keep your luggage to a manageable size.

The location was great, literally across from the Porta Nigra and walking distance to all unesco sites. Not only that the convenience to grocery and all restaurants and bars.
I really didn’t have a problem with it.

Great location nice facilities
Check in time way too late 1730???
Beams in the loft were in the way of everything. Sockets close to sink was dangerous.
