It was an excellent time and place to rent.

We loved everything. It was convenient due to the location of the SWT arena, where the karate tournament was held. It had everything we needed, even a wine opener (thank god). The people living there were quiet and always lovely. It was a beautiful place to stay, more so if you want that German living feel. Jupas was very accommodating by letting us check in early after a 13-hour flight, and they messaged us to make sure we were all good.

The only thing is that if Americans are renting it and they have a rental car, don't rent a big vehicle like I wanted to, due to the size of the driveway. 😆Luckily, all they had for us was a small Mercedes because I wanted a G-Wagon, and so we would have had to park on the street which was an option pic attached.

Clean, modern and well-equipped apartment

The apartment was nice and modern and well-equipped. The only thing I missed was sugar for my coffee :/ And possibly some milk/creamer.

Apart from there being no sugar, it would have been nice to have ice in the freezer (ready to consume). Also, the apartment is on a very noisy road. No instructions for the central cooling and I looked very long for the bathroom light!

The apartment has all one needs for a remote working week. It was clean. Communication was perfect. We really appreciated that they answered promptly to our request for changing the towels.

We didn't want to leave!

The decor was exceptionally tasteful. Host always responded quickly. Convenient covered parking. Completely stocked kitchen, including coffee pods and even cream. Only 20-25 minute walk to grocery store (Kaufland) and center of town. Bird feeder in back attracted many birds, even in the snow. Quite and comfortable.

Beautiful apartment

The apartment was stylishly & thoughtfully furnished with everything we needed and Pascal was very responsive.

This location didn't have any drawbacks for us. We will definitely stay here again!

We 've really enjoyed this appartment! The interior was beautiful and everything was very clean. The communication with Pascal went effordlessly, which made it even more enjoyable to stay there for a couple days. I think we only missed some cleaning supplies, for example a sponge and broom, but that is only a little detail. We would definitely come back or recommend this to friends!

Nice and clean apartment with everything you want and some more.

Even in the very hot summer period, it stays cool. The car park at the back is very convenient and the car is covert with a roof. Access is easy and safe. No view at the river, but a very impressive view at the red cliff at the back. Stunning in the sun light. And do go to the Teufelsfelsen for a walk!

Matras sheet for bed bank was missing, but easily solved in good contact with owner. However, the replacement out of storage was not ironed. But that was the only (small) minus point and I do not think that will happen again.

Sehr dunkel durch Lage im EG, Überdachung, der Balkone und Lage nach Westen. Im Schlafzimmer etwas muffig (Feuchtgeruch). Mglw. Nicht genug geheizt, gelüftet.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt in Trier und der Wohnung - würden wir wieder buchen.

Die Wohnung liegt direkt an der Straße - die Fenster sind aber so dicht, dass man bei geschlossenem Fenster nichts hört. Wir hatten Fahrräder dabei, deshalb war die Entfernung zur Stadt sehr gut. Zu Fuß ist man in die Innenstadt/Restaurants schon gut 20 Minuten unterwegs.

Bestens ausgestatte Wohnung. Gerne wieder.

Obwohl die Wohnung an einer Ausfallstrasse liegt, war es ruhig, die Fenster gehen zur Gebäuderückseite. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut und modern ausgestattet, es fehlte wirklich an nichts. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war sehr gut; auf Anfrage erhielten wir zeitnah individuelle Tipps z.B. zu Lieferdiensten.

Wohnung ist ein wenig dunkel (EG).

Lädt zum länger verweilen ein.

Wie in allen anderen Bewertungen kann auch ich nur bestätigen, dass das Appartement super ausgestattet, sauber, groß und sehr gemütlich ist. Parkplatz direkt auf dem Hof, Schlüsselübergabe völlig problemlos durch Schlüssel Box. Es fehlt hier an nichts, man möchte gerne länger bleiben. Mit dem Fahrrad in 5 Minuten in Trier. Lädt zum länger verweilen ein.

Zimmer leider direkt zur Straße, dadurch nachts kein Fenster auf.

De ruimte, de indeling, het goede interieur en ligging.

Niets eigenlijk, muv het automatische licht in het halletje...veel te fel, zeker in de nacht als je bv naar toilet moet.

Prettige plek, ook voor een wat langer verblijf.

Fijne, ruime plek met alles wat we nodig hadden. Badkamer en keuken waren netjes en fijn in gebruik. Ik waardeerde ook dat er een kleine wasmachine met droogrek was. Het bed sliep lekker. De eigen parkeerplaats beviel goed. De communicatie was allemaal erg duidelijk en goed geregeld.

De bank zat niet lekker. Bij het tv kijken ben ik op de bureaustoel gaan zitten. Het bed stond tegen een muur, dus één iemand moest altijd in/uit bed klimmen en had geen nachtkastje.

Fijn om Trier en omgeving te bezoeken

Goed gelegen appartement om Trier en omgeving te ontdekken, 1500 mtr lopen naar centrum. Goede communicatie tbv sleutel en/of alles naar wens was. Op het eerste moment zag het er netjes uit, en is het appartement van alle gemakken voorzien, maar nadien zagen we in de douchehoek schimmel in de hoeken en buitenzijde vies was , gaten in de handdoeken. Daar hebben we op het moment niks over gezegd. Goede bedden, wel kraakte het bed. Kortom, 3 leuke dagen gehad.

Op laatse dag werd gevraagd om vrijwillig de vuilzakjes te legen, bed af te halen. Persoonlijk vindt ik , dat voor dat bedrag per nacht deze vragen niet gesteld moeten worden. Moet een standaard service detail zijn van de verhuurder, en deze vraag achterwege laten.

Tolle Wohnung als Ausgangspunkt für weitere Unternehmungen in der Umgebung von Trier.

Die Unterkunft bietet Alles für entspannte Tage in Trier. Falls man als befreundete Paare unterwegs ist muss man sich allerdings bewusst sein, dass ein Schlafplatz sich im Wohnzimmer der Wohnung befindet. War bei uns (zwei alte Schulfreunde auf Reisen) jetzt kein Problem.

Leider gibt es keine Lademöglichkeit für ein Elektrofahrzeug. Eine solche Lademöglichkeit wäre sehr dienlich.

Der check-in und -out waren unkompliziert. Das modern eingerichtete Appartement ist gut ausgestattet; wichtige Dinge wie z. B. Toilettenpapier und Kaffeekapseln waren vorhanden. Im Hof steht ein Parkplatz zur Verfügung. Die Altstadt ist zu Fuß in ca. 20-30 Minutem zu erreichen.

Die Lage direkt an einer viel befahrenen Straße und Bahnstrecke ist weniger schön, da es bei geöffnetem Fenster recht laut ist.

Bed is hard, kreeg gelukkig geen last van mijn rug. Bovenburen waren nogal lawaaiig, muziek draaien en luidruchtig bij thuiskomen in het midden van de nacht.

tolle Ausstattung und gemütliche Einrichtung zum Wohlfühlen. Eir hatten das Apartment nach hinten raus, sodass es ruhig und dennoch zentral war. Sehr unkomplizierter Checkin und alle Infos im Vorfeld, die man benötigt.

Uitstekend!

Heel net, hygiënisch en compleet appartement. Overal is aan gedacht, echt geen slechte dingen te benoemen. Met mijn gezin was het hier heerlijk te verblijven, alle ruimte en van alle luxe voorzien. We waren hier tijdens een hittegolf, het was door de rolluiken lekker koel binnen. We komen graag nog eens terug.
