Geräumiges, liebevoll ausgestattetes Appartement mit schönem Balkon.

Leider kein Fernseher; WLAN funktionierte nicht. Kaffeemaschine oder Kaffeekanne fehlte (Filter für Kaffee war vorhanden). Parkplatz war in 50 Metern Entfernung für 5,- €uro pro Tag möglich (wurde leider vom Vermieter nicht mitgeteilt).

The apartment was cozy and inviting. A well-equipped kitchen(large fridge!), handsoap, shampoo, and conditioner in the bath, living room furniture comfortable(not always that way, in my experience!) Very clean; labels on the kitchen cabinets so you don't have to search for things; plenty of storage space for clothes; bed, footstools, and high chairs for children. Plenty of lights and outlets for charging things. The balcony looked onto the inner "courtyard" of apartment buildings and was quiet. It only took us 10-15 minutes to walk to our seminar building. No neighbors above us.

The first impression outside was okay, going inside and up the stairs was a bit of an "uh-oh" experience. The next impression was that renovations downstairs were ongoing, and I certainly hope they finish. The bedroom to the front was a bit sparsely furnished as compared to the main bedroom, which was a bit awkward as we were two singles in two bedrooms. The balcony only has 2 chairs and a small table, so if there are more people it would be hard to get them all out there. Parking was only free for 4 hours at a time with a parking disc, and that didn't work for us at all as we were gone all day for two days in a seminar nearby. So we ended up parking the car at the seminar place.

Liebevoll und nett dekoriert, sauber und die Wohnung hatte zwei Schlafzimmer. Grundsätzlich war alles da was man brauchte und für zwei Tage vollkommen in Ordnung. Auch der Kontakt und die Kommunikation waren super. Wir durften sogar etwas eher in die Wohnung, das war sehr nett.

Leider gab es anscheinend unterm Dach einen Wasserschaden, die Flecken an den Decken/ Schrägen waren noch deutlich sichtbar. Im Wohnzimmer und der Küche. Wir sollten uns leise verhalten da unter uns wohl ein Bäckerpärchen wohnt, nebenan war allerdings die ganze Nacht Radau, vor allem hat man in dem Schlafraum der zur Straße ging kein Auge zubekommen. Der Hausflur ist sehr runtergekommen und auch die Abstellmöglichkeit für die Fahrräder war ein Hinterhof in dem die Tonnen standen. Im allgemeinen war die Gegend etwas finster. Allerdings stadtnah und auch kurz bis zum Moselradweg.
