Perfect in style, amenities and comfort!

Our hosts were extremely responsive to any questions we had. The property was stylish but superbly comfortable, warm and clean. The property was closer to the town centre than I had thought it was based on other reviews. Our rented Passat estate fitted into the garage well (just mind opening the boot if you do not usually park in a garage!) It was really helpful to be able to use the washing machine and dryer and not have to go out and buy detergent. Thank you to our hosts for a lovely stay, we would not stay anywhere else in Trier now!

Very well placed and thought out, quirky, comfortable apartment.

A very quirky apartment near to the centre of Trier with covered car parking. The ascent up 4 flights of stairs was rewarded with an apartment that has been well thought out, with an abundance of Tech (although we only used the TV in the lounge and enjoyed the provision of Netflix as you can set English as the language for most programmes). If we have the opportunity to visit Trier again and it is a beautiful city we will look to use this apartment again.

Only thing is the 4 flights of stairs but this is highlighted and a longer stay would have made us fitter!!

Beautifully designed and furnished apartment. Definitely a home from home with lots of very interesting artifacts in the rooms. Bathroom is huge with a smashing walk in shower. Plenty of towels too. Kitchen well equipped and with basic cooking ingredients like oil and salt. Welcome gift of sparkling wine and even a desert in the freezer. Bed very comfortable. Very good location for exploring Trier on foot and easy to access from the road network on arrival. Nice to have a garage to keep the car in as well. Quite street. Highly recommended.

Highly recommended, wonderful apartment with everything you could possibly need.

The property has a wonderfully quirky decor. We loved it! Everything has been very well thought out, making it very comfortable. There is so much more than the basics provided. All the information needed is provided on a tablet. It was a lovely experience and would love to go back. The location was ideal. It was a great stay.

A funky flat with loads of charm and oozing quality!

Lovely, quirky accommodation! Loads of space for 4! Everything you could wish for in a city apartment.

We loved it all! There is no terrace and it’s on the top floor with a lovely view of the rooftops! Just be aware there is no Lift or outdoor space!

A nice quirky cool place to stay

We stayed during a hot spell of weather - most days mid 30's. The property does not have airconditioning (most do not) but it was cool and very pleasant. The fans were sufficient The place was quirky, a bit different and very nice

Wonderful apartment near to Porta Nigra.

Beautifully decorated, including lots of Easter-themed items. Very generous with everything: towels, DW tablets and some other treats. Huge as well and the garage for the car was a bonus.

We didn’t mind, but it’s 3rd floor with no lift.

Amazing space with a great location, comfortable and clean

A great location, very clean and spacious, so creatively decorated and good value. It was stocked with essentials which was nice, communication with the host was great, bed was comfortable

Nothing to dislike, other than being on the top floor may be a problem for some, and with small children you would have to be conscious of them damaging to decor, however not an issue on our stay

Fabulous apartment in a great location

The apartment is fabulous. Spacious, well decorated ( a little quirky, but great ), kitchen is fully stocked and even had snacks and milk. Bathroom was really nicely done too. I especially loved the way the apartment was decorated for Christmas. Really nice touch. The apartment is in a great location. We were easily able to walk to the Christmas Markets which was our main reason for visiting Trier

We weren’t really aware that the apartment was on the 4th floor without a lift. I did find that information listed in small print on the booking confirmation. This did not effect us, however could be a problem for some. Also, the washing machine is located in the basement and is not in the apartment itself.

Beautiful apartment, wonderful stay with small issues

Great looking apartment. Beautifully and tastefully decorated. Wonderful bathroom. Felt like at home. Great customer service.

The garbage can was unique. It opened up when you walked by. The garbage bags were also not available for plastics only medal. The dish detergent was not available. The small bedroom bed was very uncomfortable. Amazon stick was not available and netflix was not available as advertised. Asking for a tip for cheap italian guest wine/ proseco is also not ok. Especially when the German wine region is within walking distance and availablility.

Well decorated and maintained appartment. In a nice neighbourhood with easy access to the town centre.

A couple of very minor issues: The garage door did not lock (though the neighbourhood felt rather safe). Snacks and fruit were promised, instead we were offered a bottle of sparkling wine in the room, which did not save the trip to the supermarket as soon as we arrived...

Excellent and comfortable stay on walking distance of the ancient old city and Mosel

The apartment is excellent! It is comfortabel, really everything you need is there and it is nicely decorated by Jana & Marion. They have even provided extra snacks, drinks and food (like cereal).

The matras closest to the door has been slept on too much we think, because it isn’t horizontal anymore. That’s the only thing we could think of why we didn’t give a 10.

We did not find much TV-stations at the cable-TV (no RTL for example) The price is really on the high-end!

Location. Clean. Well equiped.

We were family with 5. 2 beds were big enough. There is 1 small bed which suits 1 big person. 1 couch in the living room which is small for 2 persons and not comphy. House is well equiped. Kitchen en bahroom are wonderful. Washing machine in the basement. Which was not clear which one was for our department. Very good location.

Un chez-soi pratique et tranquille à deux pas du centre historique

Le quartier est très calme, mais à quelques pas du centre. Un box privé est à disposition pour garer la voiture. La décoration est à la limite kitsch, mais très originale et chaleureuse. La salle de bain est très vaste (grand lavabo) et il y a des serviettes à profusion. La cuisine est super équipée et la table de la salle à manger peut accueillir toute la famille. Une bouteille de mousseux mosellan nous attendait à notre arrivée.

3e étage sans ascenseur – mais ça, nous le savions.

Tolle liebevolle Wohnung. Bei einem erneuten Tier-Besuch würde ich die Wohnung wieder buchen.

Wohnung super ausgestattet (alles was man braucht und weit darüber hinaus!) und sehr schick eingerichtet. Ständig konnte man liebevolle Deko-Details entdecken; echt spannend! Last not least ein sehr sauberes und stylisches Badezimmer sowie zusätzlich eine getrennte Toilette.

Gefallen hat uns wirklich alles; jedoch ist das Treppensteigen für Knie-oder Hüftoperierte etwas mühsam, da die Wohnung sich im Dachgeschoß befindet (das war uns aber von vorne herein bewusst).

Eine gemütliche Bleibe, um Trier zu entdecken. In wenigen Gehminuten erreicht man das Stadtzentrum. Die Wohnung ist grosszügig und modern eingerichtet. In der Küche steht alles zur Verfügung, was man für einen Kurzaufenthalt benötigt. Die Vermieter sind unkompliziert und sehr freundlich.

Es war alles perfekt sauber. Es ist alles da, was man sich vorstellen kann. Es fehlt an nichts. Liebevoll und fürsorglich sind sogar Pflegeprodukte im Bad oder eine Startausrüstung an Lebensmitteln vorhanden. Vielen Dank für alles. Wir wären auch gern länger geblieben (wenn wir nicht andere Pläne gehabt hätten)

Het appartement is ruim en van alle gemakken voorzien. Echt alles is aanwezig. De inrichting is leuk en de badkamer heerlijk groot. Het ligt op een prma locatie. In tien minuten sta je op het hoofdplein van Trier. Verder is de eigen parkeerplaats ook heel fijn. Kortom, een echte aanrader!

Tolle Unterkunft, aber...

Im Grunde genommen wurde ja schon alles geschrieben. Es ist eine schöne große Wohnung, welche mit viel Liebe eingerichtet wurde. Man hat alles was man braucht, vielleicht teilweise sogar zu viel des Guten. Die Lage ist toll, sehr ruhig und die Garage ist natürlich ein Pluspunkt. Die Wohnung war super sauber, in Anbedacht des ganzen Nippes der da rumsteht schon erwähnenswert.

Ja, aber ... Uns war es zu viel Deko. Mal davon abgesehen, dass der rote Faden fehlte, ist es für mich unverständlich, dass es außer im Bad kein! einziges Fenster gab, welches man hätte vollständig öffnen können. Ich möchte im Schlafzimmer richtig lüften können, was überhaupt nicht möglich war. Für mich war das Badezinmmer der mit Abstand schönste Raum, alle anderen Räume fand ich zu überladen. An sich ist die Lage zur Innenstadt gut und fußläufig alles problemlos zu erreichen. Wenn man allerdings 3-4 Mal am Tag in die Stadt geht, sind die Wege nicht mehr ganz so kurz. Was uns sehr bitter aufgestoßen war, ist während des Aufenthaltes die Aufforderung zu erhalten, dass man die Betten abziehen und den Müll wegbringen soll. Ist alles okay, aber wir möchten so etwas vorher wissen und entscheiden können, ob wir die Arbeit der Vermieter übernehmen.
