This top-floor condo is located in the heart of Indian Rocks Beach. It offers a stunning Gulf front view with deluxe designer furnishings. Additional amenities include flatscreen TVs and DVD players in every room, skylights, Galaxy granite in the kitchen, preferred cable, internet access, and an in-home washer and dryer. The complex has an elevator, heated shared pool and hot tub, grill, and covered parking.
This central location is near many area attractions and trolley access. Oceanside 405 is central to Florida's theme parks and within walking distance of several great restaurants!
The pool and cabana are unavailable at this time until further notice due to hurricane damages.
**Condo complex will be undergoing building painting and restoration. Replacing power grid for building and various other restorations. The project is slated to begin August 11, 2025 and will last through September 2025.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.
Security camera details: There are active security cameras in the parking area.
7 days notification is required in order to heat the pool.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

We absolutely loved this condo! Perfect location, right on the beach and close to restaurants and shops! We did not realize this came with a “cabana”, this was really just a storage unit under the condos but it did have some beach chairs and boogy boards!! Already booked for next year!

We really enjoyed our stay here! The beach was beautiful and the view from the balcony was amazing! The kitchen was fully stocked with pots, pans, blenders, sheet pans and utensils! They also had grilling utensils! The rooms were very spacious! In the main bedroom there was a roll away bed in the closet! The secondary bedroom had 2 fans in the closet, which was great! Included with the room there was a cabana that had some boogy boards and beach chairs as well! Which was a plus because we were not expecting that! We thought everything was very clean and well maintained! The only things that we saw that were broken or not taken care of was the blinds going over the sliding doors were missing a few slates and the freezer handle was a little loose! The facilities (pool/hot tub) were very nice but the hot tub jets did not work. They were being worked on while we were there but they still sounded like they were struggling when you turned them on. There also seemed to be a lot of rules, with the HOA. One being that you couldn’t have floats in the pool, which is a bit silly. The last thing we had a little issue with was that they had to come in and spray for bugs under the sinks while we were there. Not that big of a deal but we did have a person with us who is allergic to the pesticides and when I brought that up they said it was mandatory. Overall, our visit was great and we will definitely be booking again!

The unit was good and had everything you need for the stay. Very nice place and the beach are great.

The view is great !The bed is very comfortable! The cabana was dirty and all the chairs and umbrellas were broke ! Well stocked with dishes and glasses. Also a great location!
