To help you settle in, we provide the following essentials as a one-time starter set:

๐Ÿงผ Hand soap, dish soap, dish detergent, and a sponge.
๐Ÿ—‘๏ธ Trash bags for each can & a few laundry sheets.
โ˜• Ground coffee or coffee pods & dish towel(s).
๐Ÿ›€ One full set of bath towels and one beach towel per person.
(Note: We do not provide extra supplies during your stay. Items NOT provided include shampoo, body wash, conditioner, tissues, spices, oils, sugar/cream, or foil.)

๐Ÿš— PARKING & ACCESS:
One (1) car per reservation can park in the Garage (or yellow-lined spots across from the gift shop if the garage is full) with the pass found in the unit.
Additional cars incur a $20 daily fee and must park in white-lined spaces with the attendant on duty.
Elevators: Two elevators travel to the 5th floor; a third by the roundabout reaches the 8th floor. Trash closet conveniently located by the elevator.

Dining: Walk to Crabby Billโ€™s, Slyce Pizza, PJโ€™s Oyster Bar, or Lighthouse Donuts.
Explore: A coastal trolley stops nearby to take you up and down the coast for a minimal fee.

โš ๏ธ IMPORTANT POLICIES:
๐Ÿ”ž Age: Primary guest must be 25+.
๐Ÿ•’ Check-in/Check-out: Self check-in is 4PM or later. Check-out by 10AM on departure day.
๐ŸŒก๏ธ Water Park: Closes if temperatures are under 60ยฐF. Wristbands issued at the gift shop.
๐Ÿพ Animals: Under ADA and Florida law, owners are not required to allow emotional support animals (ESAs); only documented service animals are permitted.
โ„๏ธ AC/Heat: All 3 thermostats must be set to the same mode (either all Heat or all Cool) to function properly.

๐Ÿ“ RENTAL AGREEMENT & PAYER REQUIREMENTS:
If someone else is paying for your stay, their name and email must be added to the booking, and THE PAYER MUST SIGN THE RENTAL AGREEMENT. Only the authorized payer is permitted to sign the rental agreement. Your check-in instructions will be automatically sent at 3PM on your arrival day PROVIDED THE PAYER HAS SIGNED THE RENTAL AGREEMENT.

๐Ÿ•’ EARLY CHECK-IN POLICY:
Because we have a high amount of same-day turnovers, we kindly ask that you refrain from asking for an early check-in. Should the unit be available earlier, it will be offered to you on the morning of your arrival for a $50 early check-in fee.


Please note that this unit is self-check-in. This is an individually owned condo. There is no front desk or other location that can provide luggage storage should you arrive early. Due to liability, luggage cannot be stored in the unit before check-in.

๐Ÿšจ STRICT NO REFUND POLICY (PLEASE READ):
TRAVEL INSURANCE IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. There is a STRICT NO REFUND policy within 60 days of check-in. This includes no refunds for health conditions, weather, water conditions (such as Red Tide or cold water), or transportation issues like flight cancellations.

Hurricane Season (June 1 โ€“ Nov 30): There are no exceptions for the threat of an approaching Hurricane or for hurricane aftermath, including potential closures of restaurants, roads, beaches, pools, elevators, or loss of utilities. We strongly urge you to purchase "Cancel For Any Reason" (CFAR) travel insurance through a 3rd party to protect your stay. Date changes are not guaranteed, but if allowed, are subject to a $50 fee plus any rate differences.

Great area..space was beautiful..very roomy..only thing I have to complain about is parking garage..we had to search alot and only got to park in garage a few times..we had to park far and walk to elevators..when getting groceries and unloading was frustrating..water park was packed and couldn't find chairs ..we went a few times and left cause there was too many people..i love the area it was in
