🧼 Hand soap, dish soap, dish detergent, and a sponge.
🗑️ Trash bags for each can & a few laundry sheets.
☕ Ground coffee or coffee pods & dish towel(s).
🛀 One full set of bath towels and one beach towel per person.
(Note: We do not provide extra supplies during your stay. Items NOT provided include shampoo, body wash, conditioner, tissues, spices, oils, sugar/cream, or foil.)
🚗 PARKING & ACCESS:
One (1) car per reservation may park in the Garage (or in yellow-lined spots across from the gift shop if the Garage is full) using the pass found in the unit.
Additional cars incur a $20 daily fee and must park in white-lined spaces with the attendant on duty.
Elevators: One elevator by the roundabout, elevator #3, serves all floors, including the 6th, 7th, and 8th levels. Take elevator #3 to reach the 6th floor.

Dining: Walk to Crabby Bill’s, PJ’s Oyster Bar, Slyce Pizza, Lulu's, or Lighthouse Donuts. Jimmy Guana’s is right poolside!
Explore: John’s Pass and Clearwater Beach are just 10–15 minutes away. A coastal trolley stops nearby to take you up and down the coast for a minimal fee.

🐾 Animals: Under ADA and Florida law, owners are not required to allow emotional support animals (ESAs); only documented service animals are permitted.
❄️ AC/Heat: All thermostats must be set to the same mode (either all Heat or all Cool) to function properly.
🚭 Smoke-Free & Vape-Free Environment:
To ensure the comfort and safety of all our guests, this property is strictly non-smoking and non-vaping. This policy applies to the entire interior of the unit, the balcony, and all common areas within the community. Evidence of smoking/vaping will result in a minimum $500 deep-cleaning fee. 🌊✨
📝 RENTAL AGREEMENT & PAYER REQUIREMENTS:
If someone else is paying for your stay, their name and email must be added to the booking, and THE PAYER MUST SIGN THE RENTAL AGREEMENT. Only the authorized payer may sign the rental agreement. Your check-in instructions will be automatically sent at 3PM on your arrival day, PROVIDED THE PAYER HAS SIGNED THE RENTAL AGREEMENT.
🕒 EARLY CHECK-IN POLICY:
Because we have a high volume of same-day turnovers, we kindly ask that you refrain from requesting an early check-in. Should the unit be available earlier, it will be offered to you on the morning of your arrival for a $50 early check-in fee.
Please note that this unit is self-check-in. This is an individually owned condo. There is no front desk or other location that can provide luggage storage should you arrive early. Due to liability, luggage cannot be stored in the unit before check-in.
🚨 STRICT NO REFUND POLICY (PLEASE READ):
TRAVEL INSURANCE IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. There is a STRICT NO REFUND policy within 60 days of check-in. This includes no refunds for health conditions, weather, water conditions (such as Red Tide or cold water), or transportation issues, such as flight cancellations.
Hurricane Season (June 1 – Nov 30): There are no exceptions for the threat of an approaching Hurricane or for hurricane aftermath, including potential closures of restaurants, roads, beaches, pools, elevators, or loss of utilities. We strongly urge you to purchase "Cancel For Any Reason" (CFAR) travel insurance through a 3rd party to protect your stay. Date changes are not guaranteed, but if allowed, are subject to a $50 fee plus any rate differences.

Loved the condo & especially the deck! It was in the sun most of the day and was super warm even tho temps rarely were above 60 while we were there!

Wonderful condo and host in Indian Rocks Beach. We picked this area for the pool/waterpark and close access to the beach. This unit has a balcony that has channel and ocean views. We enjoyed sitting outside in the early morning sunshine and watching the dolphins.We had brought a few beach toys, not knowing exactly what the closet had in it. It has everything from beach chairs, wagon, umbrella, to sand buckets/toys. It even had volleyballs for the sand court next to the unit. We definitely did not need to bring anything!As mentioned other places, the water is not heated on the small kid area with slides and dump bucket. It stays in the shade the whole day, so that would be more for summer stays. However, the pool with splash pad, lazy river, and big water slide area were heated and nice.With all this being said, the unit was a great vacation rental for families! The instructions for check in and check out were very simple. Everything we needed was laid out and easy to find. We will definitely visit again!
