One (1) car per reservation may park in the Garage (or in yellow-lined spots across from the gift shop if the Garage is full) using the pass found in the unit.
Additional cars incur a $20 daily fee and must park in white-lined spaces with the attendant on duty.
Elevators: Use Elevator #3 (by the roundabout) to reach the 7th floor.

๐Ÿšญ Smoke-Free & Vape-Free Environment:
To ensure the comfort and safety of all our guests, this property is strictly non-smoking and non-vaping. This policy applies to the entire interior of the unit, the balcony, and all common areas within the community. Evidence of smoking/vaping will result in a minimum $500 deep-cleaning fee. ๐ŸŒŠโœจ

๐Ÿ“ RENTAL AGREEMENT & PAYER REQUIREMENTS:
If someone else is paying for your stay, their name and email must be added to the booking, and THE PAYER MUST SIGN THE RENTAL AGREEMENT. Only the authorized payer may sign. Your check-in instructions will auto-send at 3PM on your arrival day, provided the agreement is signed.

๐Ÿ•’ EARLY CHECK-IN POLICY:
Because we have a high volume of same-day turnovers, we kindly ask that you refrain from requesting an early check-in. Should the unit be available earlier, it will be offered to you on the morning of your arrival for a $50 early check-in fee.

Please note that this unit is self-check-in. This is an individually owned condo. There is no front desk or other location that can provide luggage storage should you arrive early. Due to liability, luggage cannot be stored in the unit before check-in.

๐Ÿšจ STRICT NO REFUND POLICY (PLEASE READ):
TRAVEL INSURANCE IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. There is a STRICT NO REFUND policy within 60 days of check-in. This includes no refunds for health conditions, weather, water conditions (such as Red Tide or cold water), or transportation issues.

Hurricane Season (June 1 โ€“ Nov 30): There are no exceptions for the threat of a Hurricane or hurricane aftermath. We strongly urge you to purchase "Cancel For Any Reason" (CFAR) insurance. Date changes, if allowed, are subject to a $50 fee plus rate differences.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo! The unit was very comfortable and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The location was perfectโ€”just a short walk to the beach and surrounded by plenty of great restaurants. One of our favorite parts of the trip was enjoying morning coffee on the balcony while watching dolphins play in the intercoastalโ€”it was such a peaceful way to start the day. The water park on the property was a huge bonus and provided hours of fun for everyone. The owner was extremely responsive and helpful with any questions we had. Overall, a fantastic experience and weโ€™d definitely stay here again!

Third time there and always enjoyable. Unit was clean and roomy and minor issues were dealt with immediately by responsive management. We will look to return.

We love Splash Harbor. We have stayed 5 times and will be coming back, just not to this condo. The door outside this unit is right next to the main public deck facing west. It slams VERY loudly every time people go in and out. My kids were constantly woke up and couldnโ€™t sleep with how loud it slammed. Two of the nights we were there had huge teenage parties until we called the cops and our condo contact to break them up. The entire week we stayed there was an awful marijuana smell coming from the condo below us to the point where we couldnโ€™t relax on the balcony or even have the door open and had to stuff towels at our door base to not let the smell in. The host wasnโ€™t able to solve the problem which for $5,500 and not being able to use the balcony nearly 24/7 was ridiculous. The prices have nearly doubled over 5 years, but thatโ€™s the world we now live in.
