One (1) car per reservation can park in the Garage (or yellow-lined spots across from the gift shop if the garage is full) with the pass found in the unit.
Additional cars incur a $20 daily fee and must park in white-lined spaces with the attendant on duty.
Elevators: Two elevators reach the 5th floor; a third by the roundabout reaches all levels.

๐ŸŒก๏ธ Water Park: Closes if temperatures are under 60ยฐF. Wristbands issued at the gift shop.
๐Ÿพ Animals: Under ADA and Florida law, owners are not required to allow emotional support animals (ESAs); only documented service animals are permitted.
โ„๏ธ AC/Heat: All 3 thermostats must be set to the same mode (either all Heat or all Cool) to function properly.
๐Ÿšญ Smoke-Free & Vape-Free Environment:
To ensure the comfort and safety of all our guests, this property is strictly non-smoking and non-vaping. This policy applies to the entire interior of the unit, the balcony, and all common areas within the community. Evidence of smoking/vaping will result in a minimum $500 deep-cleaning fee. ๐ŸŒŠโœจ

๐Ÿ“ RENTAL AGREEMENT & PAYER REQUIREMENTS:
If someone else is paying for your stay, their name and email must be added to the booking, and THE PAYER MUST SIGN THE RENTAL AGREEMENT. Only the authorized payer is permitted to sign the rental agreement. Your check-in instructions will be automatically sent at 3PM on your arrival day PROVIDED THE PAYER HAS SIGNED THE RENTAL AGREEMENT.

๐Ÿ•’ EARLY CHECK-IN POLICY:
Because we have a high volume of same-day turnovers, we kindly ask that you refrain from requesting an early check-in. Should the unit be available earlier, it will be offered to you on the morning of your arrival for a $50 early check-in fee.

Please note that this unit is self-check-in. This is an individually owned condo. There is no front desk or other location that can provide luggage storage should you arrive early. Due to liability, luggage cannot be stored in the unit before check-in.

๐Ÿšจ STRICT NO REFUND POLICY (PLEASE READ):
TRAVEL INSURANCE IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. There is a STRICT NO REFUND policy within 60 days of check-in. This includes no refunds for health conditions, weather, water conditions (such as Red Tide or cold water), or transportation issues, such as flight cancellations.

Hurricane Season (June 1 โ€“ Nov 30): There are no exceptions for the threat of an approaching Hurricane or for hurricane aftermath, including potential closures of restaurants, roads, beaches, pools, elevators, or loss of utilities. We strongly urge you to purchase "Cancel For Any Reason" (CFAR) travel insurance through a 3rd party to protect your stay. Date changes are not guaranteed, but if allowed, are subject to a $50 fee plus any rate differences.

Great location and the water park was great for the kids. Condo was great! Very clean and all the utensils needed for cooking. Very comfortable beds and awesome view off of the large patio. Will definitely return.

The location and unit were awesome. Exactly as advertised, comfortable beds. Communication was fine, only done through email, check in process was a little cumbersome. Fees doubled the cost of the rental. Admin Fees, Management Fees, Community Fees - Beyond ridiculous. Followed directions with putting the key cards back exactly where we were told... only to see a charge for a missing key reported by the cleaners. Next day had an email asking, and stated exactly where we put them, but no follow up and they left the charge in place. In the end this is just a typical "not really by owner" rental, just that of a property management company. Heavily recommend Indian Rocks Beach, the town and neighborhood were awesome.
