Incredible, one-of-a-kind, custom 2 bedroom, 2 bath penthouse/top floor end unit located in the new Harbourside at Marker 33 complex at Splash Harbour Waterpark in Indian Rocks Beach. One of only a few units with 2 balconies. Sweeping views of both the Intercostal and Gulf of Mexico! Balcony off of 2nd bedroom balcony offers Gulf, Intercostal & Splash Harbour Waterpark views. Just 2 blocks to beach. Unit comes with 4 daily Splash Harbour Waterpark passes ... That's a $100+ per day value!
The space.
Fully upgraded unit with amenities such as wood-like tile flooring throughout, stainless steel appliances, stacked stone accent walls, full size washer & dryer, custom entertainment center, remote controlled solar shades in living room and master bedroom, as well as Samsung Smart TV's in living room and both bedrooms.

King size bed in master bedroom, 2 queen sized beds in 2nd bedroom and full size sleeper sofa in living room for total sleeping capacity of 8. 2nd bedroom has it's own custom entertainment center, including refrigerator and microwave.

Located in the beautiful Harbourside at Marker 33 complex at Splash Harbour in the center of Indian Rocks Beach, you are just a few steps away from the beach, as well as a vast array of restaurants, coffee shops, bars and entertainment venues ... Jimmy Guanas, Crabby Bills, Slyce Pizza, PJ's, Kooky Coconut, the Lighthouse, etc. Indian Rocks Beach is a quaint laid-back, family-friendly beach town. It, coupled with 820 Harbourside, make for the perfect vacation destination - whether you are planning a family vacation, a couple's retreat or a friends get together!

The health and safety of our guests and our staff is our top priority. To protect against the spread of coronavirus (COVID-19), our housekeeping standards and cleaning procedures have been enhanced to be in line with CDC guidelines, including sanitizing high-touch surfaces and the use of bleach-based cleaning solutions.

Other things to note:

Each reservation comes with one free parking spot. A parking pass is required and will be inside unit upon arrival. Spots available on first-come, first-serve basis. Free on-street parking for additional cars, or paid daily parking available at a rate of $20/day on exterior lot across from waterpark entrance.

There are 3 elevators in the building. However, only one elevator goes all the way to the 8th/top floor where the unit is located. To get to the elevator you must go through the garage to the very back, closest to the marina. There is no street/front door lobby entrance to the building.

The condo was in great location next to the waterpark. It was very clean and well maintained. It was perfect for our family. We could go to waterpark or take the very short walk to the beach. We look forward to future stays.

The unit is very nice , very spacious for two couples. Clean and nicely decorated. Beds are extremely comfortable.We were disappointed when we found out there was only assigned parking for one car. The extra car had to be parked down the street in an open parking area.We had a few issues and Cindy quickly resolved them.

We stayed 5 nights and other than a small key issues the stay was fantastic. We have stayed in this building before but this was our first time in this unit. It was so well cared for and had everything you would need for a family vacation .
