Welcome to our newly listed and updated 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo located at the Harbourside @ Marker 33 and Splash Harbour Waterpark complex!

If you prefer relaxing sun-seeking days or fun-filled exciting waterslides, this condo would be perfect for you. You can spend quiet time on the patio watching boats traverse the intracoastal waterway; or spend the day in Splash Harbour frolicking in the pool or floating down the lazy river.
This condo has one of the best views from the moment you walk in! Updated furnishings provide the comfort and aesthetics you desire! Wake up in your Master Bedroom with the same great view! This unit sleeps 8 and overlooks both the Intracoastal Waterway and the Gulf of Mexico. With peaceful water views from your private balcony and only a short walk to the beach, you won’t want to leave! See dolphins and manatees as you sip your morning coffee or afternoon beverage!
Amenities include a Master bedroom with a King bed, a flat screen TV and private bathroom, a second Guest bedroom with 2 Queen beds and bathroom, a private entrance and a flat screen TV. The living room has a sofa sleeper, loveseat and a comfortable chair with a big screen TV with 70 Cable Channels. The condo also has a full-service kitchen, washer and dryer, access to the exclusive rooftop sun deck as well as your own private balcony.
There are 4 free waterpark passes per day included with this unit. That's a $100 value! Additional 6 passes are available per day at 1/2 price.
No Waterpark pass is required to access the full-service Tiki Bar, Key West Mining and Snack Shack for casual dining. Jimmy Guana's Restaurant is located just on the edge of the waterpark, along with mini-golf and gaming.
Enjoy both exciting 42-foot-high water slides, relax on the 600-foot lazy river, or grab some food and drinks. There will be plenty of activities for the whole family without ever leaving the condo. The Waterpark is open from 10am to 6pm, but there is a pool open until 10pm that’s available for condo guests.
Explore the city of Indian Rocks Beach during the day for some local cuisine or enjoy the nightlife within walking distance to several pubs and bars, with every variety of food and drink imaginable.

We enjoyed our stay at this rental unit, including use of the waterpark while we were there. The location was perfect for quick access to the beach, plenty of restaurants to choose from, ice cream, and shops. It is a place we would come back to.The one downside was having some, but not all, key amenities in the location. Not having things, like replacement trash bags and toiler paper, was tougher as we didn't plan for that and had to go out and buy while in town.

We had a wonderful time in this condo. The condo is comfortable and well appointed. We found it to be exactly as described by the hosts. The location of this property is convenient for walking to the beach or to local restaurants. If you wanted, there is a fun waterpark attached. The real fun is on the balcony overlooking the waterway. There are birds, boats and dolphins to keep you entertained. The sunsets are beautiful! We really liked this location, during our 5 night stay. We had one rainy morning and found we enjoyed lounging around being lazy in the condo. This condo is convenient, clean and comfortable!

Spacious, clean condo with all amenities. Property owners are quick to resolve any issues. The location is ideal with a deck overlooking the inland waterway where one can watch boats, gulls, pelicans and dolphins. An easy walk to the beach. sevseveral restaurants. Several
