Location, location, location! The unit is great and our family really enjoyed it. You’re minutes from any and everything driving or walking. Great restaurants and a beautiful view of the intercostal.

We absolutely loved it! So clean, more than enough provided for your stay! Our contact person is wonderful! She answered all our questions in a timely manner and made sure we had everything we needed! Definitely recommend and will be staying again in the future! 100 stars!

This is a great location to stay for families especially with little kids (with some warnings below). It's within walking distance to the beach and plenty of restaurants. Close to the airports and a lot of attractions..
We brought our 2.5 year old and our 7 month old. We were very excited to stay in a fully equipped condo so that we wouldn't have to drag the kids out for all meals and entertainment. Overall the location and the waterpark made staying here worth it.
That being said, there are a couple of things that could be better.
The listing said "fully equipped" "cooking basics" to describe the kitchen. But there is not one single pan in the kitchen. There were about 4 pots, no pans at all. Hard to cook eggs on the stove with no pans.
Regarding the pack n play included: the pack n play has one side that is bent. It was still functional but it's not in perfect condition.
We did have a couple of issues that I would not consider minor. Firstly, the drapes on both bedroom windows are sheer. They block zero sunlight. There are blinds but they also don't block much light. The front bedroom window is facing the outside walkway which is lit all night long. So that front bedroom (not the master) has very bright light coming through the window all night. In the past we have used aluminum foil to blackout a window and it never caused a problem or damage. We did in this case and we were told we had to take it down. We were also told that there are blackout drapes on the window. I actually sent a picture of the drapes to the manager to show that you can see my hand through them and received no response or remedy to the situation in return. We ended up using a blanket to keep the light out so our toddler could sleep.
Secondly, there is an entry door in the front bedroom that doesn't stay locked. This door can be opened from the inside even after you lock it. Thankfully we realized this before our toddler just let himself out of the unit. This freaked me out big time and we ended up pushing the television stand in front of the door so it couldn't be opened any longer.
I ended up purchasing some laundry detergent so that we could do laundry before we went home. Unfortunately, the dryer left black marks all over some of our white clothing.
The living room sofa is very hard and uncomfortable. My kiddo knocked his head on the back of it more than once. I know this is not a huge issue, and it is common for sleeper sofas but it bears mentioning since this place is likely to be rented by people with children.
I do believe that the unit could have been cleaned more thoroughly. As I mentioned we have a 7 month old who was crawling everywhere. We kept finding black hairs on her clothing or in her hands. None of us have black hair. It was not great. I also found a finger nail in the rug on the first day. There was also a lot of dust under the sofas (we had to go searching for the foosball a few times). The master bedroom sheets had some glue like material on them too.
Overall, the unit is really nice and the location is convenient. I would recommend it and would stay here again.
