Shabby, motel style. Floors missing tiles and very unattractive. Room next door watched TV until 2:00 AM and I could hear the whole movie! Included breakfast is awful : soggy chilaquiles and if you want an egg you have to pay extra!!

We only stayed one night, luckily. To begin with, the room, which was supposed to be a junior suite, only had a king-size bed to give the impression of a "suite." The bathroom smelled like sewage, the "shower" was a reimagined jacuzzi, there was no curtain or panels, two dispensers, one empty. There were hairs—that weren't mine 🤢🤢🤢🤢!!! The shower was loose. We had to ask for a candle to get rid of the bad smell in the bathroom, and even then it didn't go away. There were only two towels that were scratchy and smelled like mold. The parking lot was tiny, there's no sign announcing it, it's inside a subdivision, it's as if it were illegal. They also market themselves as a spa and have two cabins, and their "wet area" consists of two old jacuzzis that were disgusting. We chose it because it was close to the garden where we were having a wedding, and it had some positive ratings, go figure, no reviews. I don't have any photos because we escaped, the "pool" fgot really noisy. Honestly, the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. Don't choose it.

The breakfast was simple but tasty

coffee did not have any taste, rooms are old, noisy there was no hand towel

Property is inside a condo so it is pretty safe, the staff is super friendly and the breakfast was great

The room is IN the parking lot! Cars lighted the room and people walked near our window all night. Not coming back.

it is wel situated where we needed, it is clean, well mainted and the staff is really frienly and respectful.

the included brakfast is poor with no options. They could improve it.

I reserved in this property because it was very affordable and close to where I needed. The hotel is placed in a closed community which makes it safer. we found it very clean and the bedding was comfortable. The staff is very helpful & friendly.

They need a better control of pests because there where small ants intruding into our room.
