No me respetaron la reservación que había hecho para 4 personas con 2 camas matrimoniales, y me dieron una habitación diminuta con cama king size, literalmente solo cabía la cama, tuve que pagar extra de $500 para una habitación como la que había elegido inicialmente, su pretexto “no pueden hacer nada cuando son reservaciones por medio de Booking, solo me podían dar la habitacion que a ellos les aprecia o pagar extra” La habitación y mobiliario muy viejo Extremo ruido de construcción fuera del hotel que afecta toda la mañana en el cuarto desde la 6 am en domingo, terrible

No logramos ver la pantalla, seguimos todas las indicaciones, que fueron varias sin tener éxito. Aunque no pasamos mucho tiempo dentro del hotel queríamos ver algún programa.

descuidado de las instalaciones del baño, en la habitación todos los ruidos se escuchan, los de la avenida, más los del elevador, en si una pésima noche se pasa ahí porque , todos los ruidos de la calle se oyen

El desayuno fue bueno, aunque las instalaciones no son muy agradables del comedor, estaba sólo lo vea sucio. El desayuno estuvo bien

El hotel está en renovación, el estacionamiento es pequeño y no tiene bardas que protejan a los carros. Por el precio que me dieron podrían ofrecer algo mejor en la competencia, la vista de los alrededores no es muy agradable
