Historical place to stay near Cuernavaca.
A classic hacienda with a wonderful attention to detail and upkeep. It was very relaxing to be there. The bed was great! And the staff tried hard to meet our special dietary requests. Thanks!

Great place to relax and have family time
I did this trip with my mom, who is 93. Staff were helpful and courteous, and they made accommodations for my mom. I am looking forward to visiting them again. It's a short trip from Mexico city, a space where you can relax in a beautiful environment.
The addres was hard to find, but they heard our concerns and they promised to make the name of the place bigger.

Pésimo servicio al cliente, nos cambiaron de habitación 3 veces. Las camas están demasiado viejas. Mucho ruido en la noche, no pudimos descansar.

fuimos porque tenia una boda, pague 3.900 la noche que es caro pero NO me volvería a quedar
la Hacienda esta preciosa, la atención de recepción y los meseros del restaurante es bueno y los alimentos son buenos y rapidos
el cuarto tiene mobiliario muy viejo, el cuarto se vio que lo habían hecho hace muchos días porque tenia mucho polvo y al abrir la regadera se hizo un poco de agua sucia. el domingo fuimos a desayunar al restaurant y estaba ahí el dueño y nos quisimos sentar en una mesa grande y no quiso y nos mando a una chica, eso se entiende si el restaurante estuviera lleno pero solo había dos mesas ocupadas. el mesero después paso a disculparse porque se dio cuenta y vio que mi esposa se molesto¡¡ Negocio familiar se nota¡¡¡¡
