This completely remodeled (like new!) country cottage is perfectly located on a fully operational horse ranch in the West County area of Sebastopol in Sonoma County. Inviting & cozy, this private and quiet vacation rental is conveniently located 15 minutes from Downtown Sebastopol, 5 minutes to Forestville, 3 minutes to the town of Graton, and 20 minutes to Santa Rosa. It takes 2 minutes to access the well-loved West County trail, perfect for bicycling, dog walking and running. wineries/breweries, redwoods & the coast. Every amenity is at your fingertips, including a fully appointed kitchen supplied with coffee & tea. Also included are Wi-fi, phone & T.V. (55"). Towels, linens, & sundries are provided.

A unique and pleasurable stay! Horses, a short walk to the West Sonoma Regional Trail and the quaint tiwn of Gratan, located on a peaceful horse ranch. Quite, relaxing and the hosts are very responsive, kind & welcoming.

We enjoyed our stay in the cottage. The home was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully maintained—exactly as described. The ranch was peaceful and we loved having easy access to the redwoods and other scenic sights. Julie and Henry are responsive, friendly, and made the check-in/out process incredibly smooth. Using the cottage as a base, we toured the sights the area offers easily. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable place to stay.
