The Tree Fort offers flexible sleeping spaces and two full bathrooms across its unique 2.5-story layout, accommodating up to four guests. Please review the loft and separate studio access details when planning your stay.

Main Level — Full Bed
Convenient sleeping space on the main living level.

Loft — Queen Bed
Cozy elevated sleeping area accessed by a ladder, adding to the treehouse experience. Ladder access may not be suitable for all guests.

Separate Bonus Studio — Queen Platform Bed
Private sleeping space with a Smart TV and its own exterior entrance. The studio cannot be accessed from inside the main home.

Bathrooms
Two full bathrooms serve the property, including a newly remodeled main bathroom, with bathrooms located across the home's levels.


OUTDOOR LIVING
This is where The Tree Fort really shines! Start the morning with coffee on a forest-view deck, spend the afternoon exploring the Russian River or simply relax beneath the towering redwoods.
Fire up the gas BBQ, gather around the gas fire table or settle in for a movie on the outdoor TV.
As evening falls, slip into the private hot tub and enjoy a peaceful soak beneath the stars.
An enclosed yard adds another outdoor space for guests traveling with dogs.


IMPORTANT — UNIQUE HOME LAYOUT
The Tree Fort is a 2.5-story home with several distinct levels. The Queen loft is accessed by a ladder, and the separate bonus studio has its own exterior entrance with no interior connection to the main home. There are no stairs from the parking area to the home's entry, but guests should be comfortable navigating the home's multilevel layout.

Dogs are welcome with a $125 fee per dog.
The yard is enclosed.
Dogs must be crated if left unattended.

⏱ CHECK-IN DETAILS
• Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 11:00 AM
• Instructions sent 2–3 days before arrival (please do not arrive to the house without them)
• Guest support available 9 AM – 9 PM daily, with after-hours emergency assistance.
• There is a Guest Reference Guide in each home. It has everything you need to know about the home & contact info etc.
