Located in West Dennis on the warm waters of Nantucket Sound, only 1/10th mile walk on quiet neighborhood road to private beach and South Village Beach. Great for families. Duplex rental - sleeps 6 with full bath and outdoor shower, central air, washer/dryer, gas grill, wifi. Only one side of duplex is rented. Fully renovated, bright, open concept with vaulted ceiling. Swan River and Nantucket Sound views. Weekly rentals available from Saturday to Saturday. No pets please.

Great location. Ample parking. Well appointed. Awesome view! Not the fault of the property though that we happened to stay during a very humid week and no A.C. that would be my only very small complaint. I am spoiled. We plan to revisit this property in the future with very little hesitation. Oh yeah, the owners, Mike and Cathy are excellent!

I wish I could add photos, because the ones on the listing do not give the true beauty of this location. We have been staying in the Dennis area for years and this is truly is a hidden GEM. The interior is clean and updated and the back porch overlooks the Swan River as well as the ocean. We can't wait to go back.

this is our second time in this neighborhood and the beach here is awesome! This house is super clean and updated and the owners Mike and cathy are great people. They were great at communicating, especially during the tornado that hit while we were here.
