This ranch style cottage is cute, cozy, and bright with hardwood floors throughout, 3 generous size bedrooms all w/cable TV, window AC's and wireless internet; Large eat-in-kitchen w/gas stove, fridge, microwave, and other amenities. Updated bathroom; outdoor hot/cold shower; washer/dryer available; Family-size living room w/cable, internet, DVD/VCR, and brick fireplace perfect for those summer nights.
Recently renovated deck ready for entertaining with gas grill and great size yard perfect the kids to play or a game of cornhole or firepit for smores.
There is plenty of off-street parking. All of this plus this home has access to a deeded private beach and a large public beach facing the Nantucket Sound all within steps from home.
**We only rent Saturday to Saturday during second half of June and the month of July and August.
