DAMAGE PROTECTION:
When you stay at Lobster Pot Getaway, you're covered for damages up to $1,500 per stay.
HOUSE RULES:
We have a pet fee of $125, which covers up to 2 pets for the entire stay.
Parking along the right side of home only (asphalt driveway). Parking on the white marble stone driveway is for the back two cottages only.
You must be 25 or older to book this home.
Bookings over 29 nights require signing a rental agreement.

The perfect location!! Matt was attentive and a great host. Ideal for a small family or group of friends! The house is stocked with everything you could need. Potentially the best outdoor shower on the cape!

Our family stayed at the Lobster Pot in Dennis. It was excellent, the house was very clean and plenty of space. The walk to the beach was a quick 5 minute walk. The back yard was wonderful to sit and have coffee. Matt was an excellent host and very quick to respond to all questions. I highly recommend staying here.
