Completely renovated with all new and modern furnishings and decor! Enjoy the gorgeous ocean views from every room in this large, two story home with 3 bedrooms plus a loft, 3.5 bathrooms offering enough space and privacy for multiple families.
The newly updated kitchen has quartz counters, stainless steel appliances, gray cabinets and an over-sized island that seats six. It is open to the large family room with cathedral ceilings, skylights, access to two decks, 48'' TV and a fully renovated half bath. The space of these two rooms is 17' x 25'. The large loft has two daybeds, each with a twin trundle bed, skylight and full sized window. New Graco Pack 'n Play with sheet.
The 14' x 23' first floor master suite includes a queen sized bed, living room with full sleep sofa, 48'' TV and ceiling fan. The suite also offers a fully renovated kitchenette with white cabinets, quartz counters, stainless steel fridge, sink, microwave, toaster oven and single-serve coffee maker. There is an attached deck and en suite full bathroom with shower and separate whirlpool tub. The other first floor bedroom has two sets of twin bunk beds, 32'' TV and an attached private bathroom with shower.
The 13' x 18' upstairs master bedroom features french doors, king sized bed, 40'' TV and and ceiling fan. It also has an attached private bathroom with custom tiled 32'' x 60'' shower and separate whirlpool tub, walk-in closet and access to the front deck.
