From the moment you arrive until the sun sets, this location is unmatched. Almost every room in the house offers a breathtaking ocean view, inviting you to slow down and savor the scenery. The home features an attractive sun room directly overlooking the beach and ocean, a comfortable living room with a TV, and a newly remodeled kitchen and dining area—perfect for family gatherings. You can prepare your meals in the full kitchen, which includes a dishwasher and a lobster pot, and then cook on the gas grill outside.
The spacious layout is ideal for large groups, with six bedrooms spread across three levels. The first floor includes a bedroom with a full bed. The second floor features three bedrooms with queen beds and a room perfect for children with two sets of bunk beds (four twin mattresses). High above the ocean on the third floor, you'll find an oversized bedroom offering truly spectacular views, furnished with one queen bed and two twin beds. You'll be comfortable throughout your stay with Ductless Air Conditioning and Internet access, plus a washer and dryer. After a day on your private beach, rinse off in the essential outdoor shower.
Beyond your private paradise, you can walk to the award-winning Ocean House Restaurant for fine dining or enjoy cocktails and casual dining at the Ocean House Beach Bar. You do not want to miss out on this great home!

We have rented this location for the past 4 seasons. It is aGreat home with many amenities and conveniences for families. We had a wonderful week. There were a couple of maintenance issues this past season but will not deter from posting an excellent recommendation for this home.

This was our families 3rd year spending our vacation in this home - and already looking forward to staying next year!The home is always incredibly clean, well appointed and comfortable. It is evident that the owners care for this home as there seems to always be some upgrades being made. This year my grandson loved the new bunkbeds in "his bedroom"!Looking forward to vacation 2024 in this beautiful home!

We first rented this house in August, 2021 for a family vacation at the Cape. We are a family of 5 and we’re looking for a Covid safe getaway and found this house with a private beach. The house looked so beautiful on the website and we were thrilled to find it in perfect condition exactly as it is shown on the website. The house has everything you will need from a fully stocked kitchen to beach chairs and umbrellas. We had such a great time we decided to stay again this past August, 2022. Our daughter and her boyfriend are Boston College grads and live in Boston so this has become the perfect family vacation for parents from California. My only complaint is a week of family fun goes by too quickly.
