Enjoy your Cape Cod vacation at this spacious, conveniently located home, only a 5 min (0.2 mile) walk to the beach!
Outside you will enjoy the expansive 3/4 acre private yard, perfect for enjoying yard games or unwinding while watching the sunset on the second floor deck overlooking the yard after a day at the beach. Also outside, guests can enjoy the outdoor shower, a Cape staple, and a sunken patio, which is accessible via French doors within 2 of the many bedrooms. The home features five bedrooms, as well as an additional room that can be used for sleeping, and 4 1/2 bathrooms. The large primary suite includes access to the second floor deck and a private full bathroom. The house is broken up into 2 connected sections - an older cottage and a newer home. There is central air in newer side and a mini split system in cottage. This property is perfect for multiple families who are looking for a bit of separation as the sleeping arrangements are spread out.
This property is only a short walk to Depot Street Beach, Ocean House restaurant, Sundae School, Woolfie's or WeePacket for breakfast, and Sea Street Park. Guests also have the option to enjoy Sea Street Beach which is a longer walk or a very short drive.

-3 Floors (including lower level)
-Finished lower level: 2 bedrooms open up to outdoor sunken patio, share 1 bathroom with shower
-1st Floor: 1 bedroom on the far side of the house (cottage).
-1st Floor: 2.5 bathrooms throughout the first floor. 1 on newer side, 1.5 on older.
-2nd Floor: Primary Suite with full bathroom. Opens to a 2nd floor deck. You walk up stairs into the bedroom which is private.
-2nd Floor: 2 bedrooms on cottage side available. Cottage stairs lead to them. One room opens up on the other side of the 2nd floor deck! Closest bathroom would be down the stairs on the 1st floor or walking over deck to the primary suite (biggest negative for these bedrooms).
-This home is legally a 5 bedroom house, it boasts a number of additional rooms to explore and spread out in!
-Please note outdoor amenities are available seasonally
-Parking for 6 cars maximum.
-We do not provide beach towels or beach chairs
-For non-peak travelers, please be aware that some (a lot) restaurants in the area close during the offseason.
