About this house rental
Spend your vacation in this roomy (inside and out) house just around the corner from Sundae School and an easy walk to Sea St beach. This extra big ranch features a huge yard complete with grill, picnic table, hammocks, and horse shoe pits -- perfect for hanging out with friends and family. And wait until you see the garage, which is set up as a playroom for kids and adults. Complete with games and a pool table that converts to a ping pong table, you will almost wish for a rainy day. Located on a quiet side street off Sea St, this sunny and spacious house is also walking distance to the Wee Packet and Royal Pizza. Large eat-in kitchen. Window ac units.
- Tenants bring their own bed sheets. There are a variety of towels (bath and beach) at the house which you are welcome to use provided you wash before you leave. If you prefer to travel light, we can provide sheets for a fee of $15 per person.
- Pets are welcome with a one time $200 pet fee.
- There is a maximum occupancy of six adults. Small children are not included in this number.
- One full bath, one half bath, and outdoor shower.
- Sea St Beach is just over 7/10ths of a mile from the house.

Very large livingroom, comfortable couches. Didn’t love the noise from the air conditioners but at least it kept the house cool. And weather was cool enough could turn them off occasionally. Didn’t have to drive far for restaurants, ice cream or Cuffys.

For the 3rd year in a row in this house, we could not have been happier. The property is as it was the first time we stayed here 3 years ago. The house was ready on time, clean and welcoming. Our family has been coming to the cape for over 30 years, and this is by far the best place we've stated. This year was very special because my daughter got engaged on West Dennis Beach. It could not have been a better week!! See you next year!! Thanks!!

This home is perfectly laid out, and exceptionally well kept. It is relatively centrally located of you’re are interested in checking out the Cape, or Boston. Either are worthy day trips. The back of the home is perfect for a fire, and the game room looks as if it would be great, we really didn’t have time to use either as we had a graduation party & other family obligations to meet….but plan on it next year. Stayed here with family, there was 4 of us & there was plenty of room. Pretty much everything is there you need, just make sure to bring bed linings, or arrange for them to be there (as it clearly says in the instructions )Which leads me to my next point. The owners/ handlers of the home are great. We had a little misunderstanding about the bedding (which translates to me not paying attention to clear instructions), and they took care of everything. Very easy to contact via phone Or text & reply in a reasonable time. Highly recommend this place if you are looking to be with in a short walk of the beach & Restaurants, and would like to be centrally located on the Cape, & near Boston.
