With full central air conditioning throughout the entire home, you are guaranteed a crisp and comfortable night’s sleep even after the sunniest July days.
The heart of the summer experience happens outdoors on the stunning, brand-new deck. Whether you are sipping your morning coffee from the Keurig or hosting a sunset barbecue on the gas grill, the spacious deck and level backyard offer a private sanctuary for relaxation and play. After a long afternoon at the shore, nothing beats the refreshing experience of the oversized outdoor shower—a true Cape Cod tradition.
When you aren't at the beach, you are only three and a half miles from the vibrant shopping and dining at Patriot Square. We had a super time in a quiet neighborhood. A great open place. We enjoyed the porch for dinners and visiting. The place is very clean and the beds were very comfortable. Only one thing there were no utensils for lobster, but Swan River cooked and broke them for easy

The good: the beds were comfy, the washer dryer was new, wood floors were clean, fridge & stove are new, a/c worked well, walkable to the beach.
The bad: 1/2 of the windows were mildewy, bathrooms haven't been updated in 30 years. Linoleum in kitchen has holes in it and rust spots. Kitchen table was so worn. Old checkered tablecloth on it made me break out in hives. Not enough lamps.
