About this house rental
This 4-bedroom, 2 bath home is located in a popular, summer cottage neighborhood in the Dennis Port area. This well-maintained property sleeps 8 comfortably. The main floor has two bedrooms with two twin sized beds each and a full bath. The second floor has one queen sized bed, another with two more twin beds and a shared full bath. The outside of the house features a beautiful, new deck with sitting areas, tables and a spacious, outdoor shower. A great backyard for summer barbeques. Less than 1 mile from Sea Street Beach and the Beaches of Dennis on Nantucket Sound, and just 3.5 miles away you'll find Patriot Square, great for shopping and restaurants. An administrative fee and applicable taxes may apply. Linen package is available upon request for an additional cost.

We had a super time in a quiet neighborhood. A great open place. We enjoyed the porch for dinners and visiting. The place is very clean and the beds were very comfortable. Only one thing there were no utensils for lobster, but Swan River cooked and broke them for easy

The good: the beds were comfy, the washer dryer was new, wood floors were clean, fridge & stove are new, a/c worked well, walkable to the beach.
The bad: 1/2 of the windows were mildewy, bathrooms haven't been updated in 30 years. Linoleum in kitchen has holes in it and rust spots. Kitchen table was so worn. Old checkered tablecloth on it made me break out in hives. Not enough lamps.
