Enjoy breathtaking views of Swan River from this unique three bedroom home! The multi level deck boasts stunning views and leads directly down to the private dock with comfortable seating. It's the ideal spot to spend your time entertaining, relaxing in the sun, fishing or launching your kayaks and paddle boards.
Comfortably sleeping 8, this one level home is sure to be the spot you'll want to return to year after year. Upon entering the home, you'll be greeted with the open kitchen and built in breakfast nook that looks directly onto the river. From here you'll enter the open dining and living area boasting a large dining room table and cozy seating facing the water. The master bedroom will have direct river views, washer/dryer and its own attached bathroom with stand up shower. The additional bathroom with tub/shower combination is located in the hallway near the other two bedrooms. Additional sleeping can be found in living area via the Queen sleeper sofa. Each bedroom will have window air conditioning in addition to the living area. Other amenities will include Wi-Fi, dishwasher, gas grill and enclosed outside shower.
Situated in South Dennis, you are located only 2.2 miles away from West Dennis Beach that runs along Nantucket Sound. The Cape Cod Rail Trail is also located just .6 mile from this home. This paved bikeway runs 25 miles all the way from South Yarmouth to Wellfleet and is the perfect way to spend your afternoon whether you want to bike, walk, skate or run. Bike rental shops are located nearby if you choose not to bring your own.

We had a wonderful stay on Barnacle Way. The property is beautiful and restful. We love the large deck. We love Sitting on the lower dock on the river. It is a peaceful retreat. As always we gound the property to be clean, comfortable and inviting. Martha Murray staff are always cheerful and helpful. Comm inaction is easy.we have always had great experiences with them.

Everything was excellent. There are a few items you should check and maybe repair. The left front stove burner shoots flames up from around the base, not from the designated slots on the burner. We chose to avoid that burner all week. The slider door REALLY need a bit of maintenance. It shouldn’t require that much effort to open and close it. The master bath I think may have mold around the base of the shower and the towel rack kept popping off the wall. We washed every dish, glass and eating utensil. We found a lot to be soiled or smudged. Other than that, the place and our stay was amazing.

Charming house, great location and spectacular views. This is our 5th time renting this house. The staff at Martha Murray are beyond accommodating, they called us the day before our arrival to let us know the house would be ready at 10:00am. (Like having an extra day!)
