The house was clean and roomy. The air conditioning was very much appreciated during the hot and humid weather. Some of the kitchen utensils and microwave could use updating but the kitchen was an adequate size. The much needed clothesline is there but hidden behind a tree.The property is a good location, convenient to beaches and restaurants.Martha Murray Realty is always very responsive to any questions or concerns with their properties.

Overall, the cottage was in good shape. However, the gas grill started a small fire because it was dirty with grease. one burner on the gas stove was not working, and the toilet had a small leak.
