Just one weekly parking permit lets you enjoy over 8 other spectacular beaches South Village Road, West Dennis on the warmer south shores and expansive north shore favorites like Mayflower, Corporation Beach etc.
2 Families can enjoy get-togethers in the large central living room and dining areas. Enjoy the privacy of 2 bedrooms and your own bathroom at the far end of each wing. Built on an old race course (Trotting Park ) this development is on a perfect oval - ideal for cycling and walking and extra safe for kids, away from busy roads. We had a great experience at this location. The place was big enough to accommodate 8 people with enough room for separation and the 2 bathrooms were key. Nice fire pit outdoors and grill. We had a couple concerns about ac and hot water being extremely hot that were addressed right away. Kitchen is a little small but totally workable. Thanks for a wonderfully week!

The location was perfect for exploring the mid Cape and relaxing on the beach. Checking in was efficient and easy.

Great Space for larger family. Needs a bit of inside TLC. Didn't seem to have had its deep clean for the season - spiders, dust webs on walls and wall art. Kitchen cabinets need clean & relining. Outside light on front stairs was out. Front stairs need a railing. Window AC's had very dirty filters, living room AC was very noisy and made all the lights flicker - ended up turning it off. Wi-Fi didn't work with anyones phones. Refrigerator needs replacement definitely. Small spiders all over king bed, not sure where they're coming from.
