About this house rental
Central ac less than 1 mile to South Village Beach. Enjoying seasonal views of the Swan River, there is plenty of space both inside and out at this 3 bedroom, 1.5 bath West Dennis ranch. The house has a nice open floor plan that extends to a deck. The master bedroom has its own half bathroom allowing for convenience and privacy. Washer and dryer are location in the basement, and additional amenities include wifi, dishwasher, gas grill and ping-pong table!
Area attractions and restaurants include the new and improved Cuffy's, Holly's Deli, Dunkin', Kreme and Kone, Ardeo, Moonfish, Good Friends Cafe, and the delicious "must try" Captain Baker Donut Shop!

Great place for us close to family. My granddaughter loved the misc toys in the toy box and we left a few as well. Rabbits on the lawn at dusk were always fun to watch.

The Booking process, and checking-in/out of rental house, went very smoothly! Very impressed with the rental company and property management! The rental was very cozy & spacious! Enjoyed the views of the Swan River! Ping Pong Table was a HIT with the teenagers!Would like to see upgrades to deck & outdoor shower.Recommendations to Property Owners/Management!Supply some Grilling tools for the Grill! Did not locate any in the kitchen. A working dehumidifier in the basement is a Must!!!Outdoor shower flooring (old wood) is very slippery when wet! Time to replace or use a bigger rubber floor Mat! Thank You

Cette maison est située en face d'un parc ayant accès à la 'Swan River'. On traverse la rue, et on peux mettre les embarquations à l'eau, ou bien, on peux profiter de la vue sur les bancs de parc.La maison est fraichement rénovée, avec climatisation centrale, ce qui rends le séjour plus comfortable!Nous reviendrons!
