About this house rental
3 BR Cape home for a great family getaway. Sleeps 6 adults. Includes a new kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, enclosed sun porch with vaulted ceiling, solid oak floors, patio and washer/dryer. We have installed a new energy efficient HVAC system for the entire house including the sun porch. One bedroom has a desk and chair and can be used as an office. Also includes WiFi, cable, enclosed outdoor shower, gas grill, and a private back/side yard sheltered by trees and vegetation. It’s a great neighborhood for kids with child-friendly beaches - 3 minutes to South Village Beach and 6 minutes to West Dennis Beach by car. Great for biking - Cape Cod Rail Trail is 12/15 minutes by bike via back roads or use a connecting pathway 250 ft from the house. Restaurants, shopping, coffee shops and kid-friendly amenities are close by. Best of both worlds.

A most enjoyable week enhanced by an attractive, remodeled home. Washer, dryer, dish washer, and fully equipped kitchen promoted our enjoyment
along with a bath room and walk in shower off the master bedroom. Short drive to beaches and a very supportive owner were real pluses
