The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, utensils, cookware, and bakeware, along with all major and small appliances for convenient meal preparation. Guests are welcome to bring their own food, drinks, spices, condiments, and additional paper goods. Salt, pepper, olive oil, and coffee are provided.

ADDITIONAL DETAILS:
Air Conditioning: This home includes air conditioning in the living room and primary bedroom for your comfort.
Linens & Starter Supplies: All bed, bath, kitchen, and beach linens for the maximum number of guests are provided. We also include a starter supply of hand soap, dish soap, a sponge, trash bags, 2-4 rolls of toilet paper, and 1 paper towel roll. Guests are responsible for additional supplies and personal toiletries.
Laundry: Shared laundry facilities are located in the garage. Guests must provide their own laundry supplies. Please note that if a vehicle is parked in the designated garage space, access to the laundry area may be limited.
Parking: One designated space in the single-car garage, suitable for small to mid-size vehicles only (81" H x 90" W x 195" L), accessed via the rear alley. Street parking, both metered and unmetered, is also available.
Pets: Only dogs are considered. Number of pets, size, and breed restrictions apply. All pet arrangements must be coordinated with our office in advance and approved in writing, and a non-refundable pet fee will be assessed.
Recreation Gear Rentals: Additional beach gear or recreational equipment is available for rent from Beachview Rentals at very reasonable rates. Large ice chests, wagons, Pack' N Play portable cribs, portable high chairs, twin rollaway beds, and more are available. Contact us for more information.
Rental Agreement: A signed rental agreement is required to complete your booking.
Security: This property may use surveillance cameras and/or recording devices in outdoor spaces and/or property entrances, as well as noise-monitoring equipment such as decibel readers, to protect our guests, the property, and ensure compliance with local ordinances.
City Tax: A 10% Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) is included in all booking totals (for reservations less than 30 nights) as mandated by the City of Newport Beach.
