Our 3 Bedroom/2 Bath Upper-level Home is perfect for your family with up to 6 guests. Enjoy Ocean Views from the 2nd-floor Balcony.

Located in West Newport on 41st St just a few blocks away from West Newport Park. This home has NO boardwalk in front and is located as close to the ocean as you can get, Perfect for the family looking to enjoy a quiet vacation.

HOME LOCATION
For those of you looking to enjoy a Beachfront Vacation, you have found the right place.

Located on 41st St, directly on the sand with volleyball courts right out front and the beach boardwalk entrance just a few blocks away, you are never far from all the action Newport Beach has to provide.

From this location, you can safely walk or ride bikes anywhere on the peninsula, Balboa Island, or down to Huntington Beach (45-minute bike-ride one direction) along the oceanfront boardwalk. However, with more than 30+ restaurants & bars, shops, electric boat/jet ski rentals, Surfboard/Stand-Up-Paddle-Board lessons all in the area you will never need to travel far!


IMPORTANT HOME NOTES:

- Upon completion of reservation tenants will be required to comply with the HOUSE RULES (including additional rules) outlined in our online Advertisement. Please review prior to submitting your booking.

-Tenants will be held responsible for any/all penalties and fines incurred during their stay as well as loss of rental revenue resulting from the suspension or revocation of the Property City Lodging Permit.

- Upon arrival, the guest will be greeted by a staff member to verify identification matching the primary reservation holder. The primary reservation holder must be present throughout the duration of the reservation. Any exceptions must be approved in writing by Tower 17 Properties & Management.

- Guests submitting a reservation the same day as their arrival date are advised to message Tower 17 Properties prior to submitting their request. Same-day reservations may be required to accept a later than advertised arrival time of 5 pm to ensure the completion of our cleaning and inspection process.

PETS

This property accepts one (1) pet with a fee of $399 plus tax and applicable fees. All pets must be disclosed at the time of booking. Please note, not all breeds will be permitted on property and will be subject to the discretion of the property manager. Pets are not to be left unattended at any time. Should your pet become a nuisance due to excess barking and/or cause a threat/harm to other residents or guests, we will ask that you remove the pet from the property immediately or cancel your reservation without a refund of any kind. All potty accidents must be reported to the property manager immediately. Additional charges may be applied to cover the costs of repairs or damages caused by any pet.

- City of Newport Beach Quiet Hours 10 pm - 7 am.
- No Top Deck Access after 10 pm
- No Access to the Ground Floor Patio.
- This rental home is on the 2nd floor. Stairs are required to access our unit. If you have mobility issues, the ground floor unit is also available for rent.
- Please review house rules regarding noise, day/nighttime occupancy, etc.
- Noise from surrounding homes, adjacent units, and beachgoers should be expected.
- Air-Mattress, High Chair & Pack n' Play must be requested 48 hours prior to your stay and are provided pending availability.
- Must sign a liability waiver in order to use Bicycles, Boogie Boards, surfboards, SUP, Scooters, Skateboards, etc if provided by the rental unit.
- You are provided 2 Parking Spots in the four-car garage. Mid-Sized SUVs and compact cars are recommended.

    It is right on the beach which is probably why this is labeled “premier”New pictures need to be posted on VRBO because they are very misleading. The refrigerator is old/ did not work (our food got spoiled) I called mgmt they brought us a mini fridgeno ice maker/no ice cube traysThe (1) patio table on the deck was falling apart, couldn’t really use.     Older property with a great location. It was great having the large garage to park bikes and scooters. The location is ideal on the Newport peninsula and Tower 17 Mgmt was quick to respond. We had a great time!

    The home was in very poor condition. It was in need of a lot of work. Very sparsely furnished and poorly lit, Broken doors and appliances throughout. We were very disappointed, especially for the price we paid.

    The property was a bit dated but great water pressure, comfortable beds, and amazing location. Playing on the beach, enjoying Newport Restaurants, and cruising the harbor (all within a short Uber ride) from sun up to sun down was an incredible experience for our family. Driveway was a bit challenging with a big car but we made it work by finding space on the street for a second car. All around a great stay. The management company was very responsive and helpful with anything we needed.
