Great place in a great location, only 5 houses from the beach, and a quick walk to restaurants , shops and the bay. Also nice to be able to park right in the driveway. Friendly host with great communication. We’ll be back for sure!

We had an excellent vacation at Greg’s place. Clean and quiet and so close to the beach. I would highly recommend staying here.

The house was a great location and perfect size for our family of 4. The communication with the owner was prompt and cordial. It’s an older home but taken care of. It had boards, chairs, umbrellas, towels. And the kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies. Thank you for a pleasant stay! We would stay here again.

Will rent again since they allowed pets. Patio was good size. Overall great staycation
