I would recommend this for any state in Inverness. We had everything needed and we enjoyed our visit.

Great stay

Had a wonderful stay in Inverness. Very comfortable apartment with great little kitchen, sitting area, comfortable master bedroom and clean bathroom. Sofa bed was okay. Super grateful all went well. Within walking distance to shops and downtown.

A little challenging to find the building using google maps and the address. But the host was great with providing directions in pics.

Fantastic location to base a stay that takes you into Inverness and out to surrounding areas.

Excellent location, particularly if you have a car. Close enough to walk into the city center (and the grocery store) but far enough away to easily get on the road for excursions. Hosts are very thoughtful and there are lots of nice touches for homey comfort.

The front of the building and smell in the stairway is a little off-putting, making us initially concerned about our choice. I doubt this is within the control of the hosts, though.

Perfect for a mother and daughter trip

Proximity to train station and city centre, little extras such as bread, tea, coffee, milk etc. Supermarket just along the road to stock up Cosy and clean, ideal base for our adventures

Wonderful stay!

The place was super clean and easy to find. The host was super helpful and let us check in early! Grocery store is a 6-minute walk in case you forgot anything or plan on eating in. City center is about a 12-minute walk. I would stay here again!

Excellent stay

A very clean apartment that has all amenities you would need for a comfortable stay. The host even had some basic breakfast necessities available upon arrival, which was unexpected but very much appreciated. A good location within walking distance of groceries and shopping. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

What a fabulous apartment ! Very spacious, bed and couch were very comfortable, it was nice to have the Choice to watch TV in bed or in the lounge area. Very cosy, warm and homely The hosts were absolutely AMAZING- the special touches that they included were exceptional - fresh bread, butter/spreads,milk, tea/coffee upon arrival Decorated just right ! Plenty of towels, toilet paper and amenities They also organised for an early pick up taxi - 🙏

A very lovely apartment, well suited to us as self-drive travellers

On arrival, we were a little concerned by the area, including the entrance hall with stairs, but once inside the apartment everything was perfect, and we lacked for nothing. Ania is a fantastic host, and very responsive ... a pleasure to deal with

Finding the apartment and collecting keys from a security box is never as easy as being met at the door. But having said that, the thoughtfulness of the apartment and its facilities definitely made it all worth while

One of the best stays in Inverness

Great flat with parking just across the road. Everything you could need and very clean with nice touches like bread, milk and biscuits! Very quiet and slept great! Very comfortable super king size bed. Easy walk to City Centre and for bits and bobs Morrisons is just a couple minutes walk. Communication great and check in simple and smooth. Excellent value for money !😊

Superb

This was probably our favourite place we've stayed in Scotland. It is an easy walk from the train station (Inverness is very walkable) and the apartment had everything we needed. There were lots of helpful notes around the apartment for the various things, a coffee machine (not a coffee drinker but others would find this amazing) and a washing machine. We did a reasonable amount of cooking and the apartment had all the utensils we needed. So cosy and the bed was huge.

Arrive and feel at home!

The apartment was stunning. You enter an old Victorian building, where not every apartment seems to have been renovated, go through a rather narrow front door (you can widen it with opening a second door panel), through a simple but clean staircase and on the second floor you enter your home from home. The best thought-out studio ever, furnished with love! For example, you can start your stay with a coffee or a cup of tea, grab a cookie and take a book from the shelf. Have your first breakfast of bread, butter, milk and cereal or take a shower with a nice shower gel and conditioner. As a mother-daughter pair, we settled in between the bedroom and the pull-out sofa. Although the sofa was folded out all the time during our stay, there was enough space and comfort do cook, eat and relax together. To get around, we used public transportation, either from the nearest bus stop, which is just a few steps from the apartment, or from the main train or bus station, which is only a 15-20 minute walk away. We did our shopping at Morrisons, 5 minutes away. On our first day we arrived a little early, which was not a problem. Ania offered to store our luggage while she and Agnes put the finishing touches on the apartment. Needless to say, everything was super clean and professionally set up, with helpful hints and instruction manuals. Upon our arrival I had to go to the hospital first for a nasty insect bite that had become infected. When Ania saw my arm, she dropped everything and personally drove me to the nearby hospital. Later she contacted me to ask if I was okay and if we needed anything. In hindsight, I can only say that we were very lucky to have found this gem on booking.com. Thank you Ania and Agnes.

Nice apartment

Spacious, clean, renovated, and comfortable apartment. We bothered the landlady a bit, because we could not turn on the stove (my lack of understanding .., in the end I managed ..) - she was kind and patient, and even intended to come to the apartment herself to guide me - thank you for that.

The apartment is on the first floor, with stairs that are not completely comfortable. If you have a lot of luggage (or if you are not in good shape) - it's a little uncomfortable. The apartment is located on a main road and next to a railway track. You can hear the noise of the road and the train at night, if you sleep with an open window - for those who might be disturbed.

A clean and quiet one-bedroom flat just a few minutes’ walk from the centre of Inverness. Nice breakfast area. WM and kitchen with appliances.

First appearances are not at all welcoming from the street, or on the stairs, but once inside, things change for the better.
