Its more like a b&b or hotel where the activities are monitored through cameras

Property was clean, spacious and well maintained.

All of our activities were monitored through cameras outside the house. How many people coming in and going out were counted. I found this property under the category of holiday homes and private apartments but this was not true because when you book an entire holiday home then property is yours and you always expect 1 less or more person. Most of scary instructions come few hours before check-in time when its already too late to cancel the booking. Heating was turned off after midnight. Owner got really rude in the end which i have never experienced before.

Huge disappointment

The house is spacious.

The house wasn't properly cleaned and aired so the smell was very unpleasant when we entered. Later we found a dirty smelly towel in the shower downstairs that stunk up the ground floor. Also we weren't able to use the garden because of the dirty furniture and spider webs.

Spacious, clean and comfortable house

Spacious house that had everything we needed for a short stay. Very easy arrival and departure, clear instructions and explanations for everything, clean, well-equipped and a nice touch of personality. All in all a pleasant stay.

The neighbourhood lead to mixed feelings at the arrival. There was some construction noise from the harbour nearby, but only at daytime.

AVOID AT ALL COST. I entered the room using key code. Someone was in the apartment who told me this was the wrong address and kicked me out. How could it be the wrong address since I opened the door using the code? I left and paid for a new place. The owner refuses to reimburse me claiming I tried to check in 2 hours earlier. It looks like the place has a permanent resident and is not rented. I suggest that Booking investigates for potential fraud. The neighborhood looked dodgy. There was a badly vandalised car right outside the house. Left for a safer place. Avoid like the plague.

Excellent hosts and a beautiful home close to town!! Will definitely stay again

Excellent host and house is very easily accessible and easy to find. House is beautiful and has a cosy family feel to it. Very clean though out close enough to all amenities I would highly recommend this property and I will definitely be booking again for our next stay in Inverness.

Very good

The property is very well maintained and clean. The only issue we had was that we couldn't find the switch for the room heaters. Tried contacting the host to figure it out but could not get a response. But overall, it's one of the best properties in Inverness and is a great value for money.

Perfect for an overnight stay in Inverness

We had a great stay in Inverness, the house was very spacious and tidy. We had two double bedrooms upstairs and two bathrooms with shower, toilet and sink, so we didn't have to queue up in the morning. The kitchen was very spacious and equipped with all the amenities. The house also had a lovely garden (which would have been perfect for having coffee in the morning except we didn't use it). There was also a private parking space next to the front garden which was a bonus as we didn't want to leave the car on the street overnight. We had a good restful sleep and I would highly recommend this to others, this was the best accommodation we had so far during our trip in Scotland.

We had some trouble trying to drop off the key in the lock box in the morning as we couldn't figure out how to change the code. Of course that's on us, but perhaps the host could provide some instructions to others for future stays.

Dobré ubytování pokud jedete autem. Díky kuchyni a obývacímu pokoji vhodné i pro delší pobyt.

Velmi příjemný dvoupatrový domek, pokoje jsou dostatečně velké se skříní, či šatnou, v každém lze nalézt i fén. K dispozici jsou dvě koupelny, což je pro větší skupinu naprosto skvělé. Obývací pokoj nabízí dostatek pohodlí i pro delší pobyt.

Vybavení kuchyně bylo zcela nedostatečné. Jako sporák byla přítomna indukční deska, bohužel většina hrnců a pánví nebyla určena k vaření na tomto typu sporáku a výrazně nám to zkomplikovalo přípravu jídla. Při příjezdu jsme poněkud zápasili s bezpečnostní schránkou na klíče, která byla zaseklá.

Maison spacieuse et propre. Deux salles de bain et toilettes, c'est un plus. deux chambres avec lit double. grande cuisine avec équipement nécessaire. quartier résidentielle calme. La communication avec l'hôte est agréable facile. l 'entrée avec boite à clef facilitée. Linge de lit et serviettes fournies.

La qualité des matelas pourrait être améliorée. Le système d'interrupteur est vraiment particulier, il y a des interrupteurs pour tout et un peu partout. Nous n 'avons pas trop aimé le chemin pour se rendre à pied au centre ville qui ne nous a pas semblé rassurant et long environ 20 min de marche avec un système de bus difficile à comprendre.
