Spacious and modern 2 bedroom bungalow, freshly decorated, perfect for 4, close to Inverness city centre with free off road parking for 2 vehicles. Explore the rich history of Inverness and surrounding areas, with castles, beautiful scenery and Loch Ness all within a short driving distance of this charming home.
Situated in a quiet residential area just a 15 minute level walk to the city centre, you can easily immerse yourself in the thriving music scene and culture that our city has to offer. You will find plenty to keep you entertained with it’s large selection of bars, restaurants, shops and tourist attractions. Several supermarkets within a short walk and the Caledonian canal a leisurely 5 minute stroll.
The property comprises a relaxing lounge with 50” smart TV, two bedrooms with one bed in each room (one with a UK King (USA Queen) and one with a Double ( USA Full)) with plenty of storage, full size dining room, well equipped galley kitchen and a spacious bathroom with a large rainfall shower (no bath).
Outdoor dining set available on the large deck overlooking the grassed back garden.
Complimentary starter pack of coffee pods (TASSIMO), tea bags, sugar and milk pods also dishwasher tabs/laundry pods. All linens, towels, toilet roll, basic cleaning products and premium hand soaps will be provided.

This was by far the best place we stayed in during our time in Scotland. Excellent location for walking into town. Very comfortable bedrooms and living room. Spotlessly clean. Super organized kitchen with everything you could possibly need. Lovely back garden to sit in. Manual with instructions on how to operate everything.Calum and Jessie were excellent and prompt with communication. Went the extra mile and sent a tea cosy for the teapot for us tea drinkers. The house is well appointed, beautifully decorated, and in a nice neighborhood within walking distance of the city center. I could honestly move right in and only bring my clothes! We really liked our stay in Inverness. It was close enough to town to walk to restaurants, bars, grocery stores, etc. It was a great launch point for trips to Urquhart Castle, Loch Ness, and Culloden. Rooms were comfortable and kitchen well stocked (loved the Tassimo coffee maker). Back yard was not really usable - mostly because of neighbors but it was not an issue. I would recommend this as a great place to stay and visit Inverness

We loved this property! It was so easy to check in. The home is in such a quite, clean, lovely, and safe neighborhood. The flowers in the neighborhood are so beautiful. The home is a short walk over a foot bridge to town. We are older and don't exercise and it was an easy walk. We were so impressed with how clean the home was. Everything was explained in the book along with suggestions. Lots of towels. The kitchen was stocked with quality items.

Lovely bungalow in a great location for walking into town but far enough away to have a peaceful time. There are great walks very close by, especially along the canal and locks. It was very clean and the bed was very comfortable, the decor, furniture in all rooms and finishing touches were great. Very well equipped. Parking on the drive was easy. We didn't use the outside space at the rear as we were out all day each day but the garden area was nicely laid out for outside eating etc. The hosts provided excellent & comprehensive suggestions for where to visit and where to eat, all sent to us before the stay. Well over and above what would be expected of hosts. Thank you for a lovely stay.

There were four of us (2 adults and two teenagers). The house is very centrally located. Shopping facilities are within walking distance. The city center of Inverness is about 15 minutes walk away. It is also a very good starting point for tours to the Highlands and the east coast. A nice jogging or walking route can be found along the canal. Calum and Jessie are super nice hosts who provided a lot of information. The kitchen is very well equipped and the house is lovingly furnished. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to come back anytime.

If anything, the listing understates the quality of this property. It was spotless and smelled fresh. The house is located within walking distance to a grocery, the Caledonia Canal, and Inverness City Centre. The house is well organized and thoroughly equipped. We had a medical issue within our group while on holiday. The owners were very helpful and assisted us with our modified travel arrangements. This was our favorite stay during our two weeks of UK travel.

We had no issues with directions for use of the shower or appliances (UK to USA can be difficult)! Everything was clean & owners were available when there was a “systems” issue with VRBO. My partner, young baby and I stayed at this property recently whilst visiting Inverness. The property was easy to find and is located very central to Inverness city centre, just a short drive/walk away. The area that the property is located in is very quiet with little to no noise noticeable. The property has a driveway so no need to worry about parking. The instructions from the host about entering the property were very clear and I felt reassured I could contact them if I had any questions or needed any help. The property has recently been refurbished to an excellent standard. All of the rooms are spacious and have a cosy and comfortable feel to them. The facilities within the property far exceeded my expectations. In the kitchen there is everything you would ever need to make meals with, with a vast selection of crockery and glass ware. The rainfall shower is wonderful and the huge tv and decorative fireplace in the living room give this property a real home from home feel. The beds are extremely comfy with luxurious linens. My family and I will not hesitate to return to this wonderful property on our next visit to the highlands!
