The property was lovely and it was perfect for me as I was going to the football, so it was a ten minute walk from the stadium . However it was only a half hour walk from train station and a similar walk in a slightly different route to get to the centre where most of the attractions are and where loads of shops and restaurants are.

The only downside to the stay was the breakfast as it was basic, however the host explained they were only allowed to serve a cold meal.

Nice stay in primoriano BnB

Location: The place is right between the airport and the center of the city. I needed around 20 minutes to reach it by bus (starting from the airport). It's also around 15 minutes away walking from the central railway station. The place isn't very far from the old part of the city - like 5 minutes away walking and you are on the main street. I find the spot very good if you don't have much time in the city and want to visit all the good spots. I had approx. 1 day and I was able to visit everything. Place: The apartmanent is clean and well-maintained. The guest have their own room in the apartment with a big bed and can be locked (there is a key). Everything looks exactly like on the photos. The bathroom and the living room are nice. The host sleeps in the room next to yours. The WiFi has good speed. Host: The host was very nice and welcoming. Although he sleeps in the same apartment, it felt like he wasn't there. Thank you! I would recommend the place!

A "private" room, with no lock, in an old man's apartment.

The location was relatively convenient. A 25min walk to the centre, or a 10min bus journey. The room was clean.

This isnt a B&B, it is just a room in an old man's compact apartment. It was quite uncomfortable, as there is no lock on the bedroom door, and the bathroom has a large glass window on it. There's no privacy, and it was weird as a solo male traveller (so must be even weirder for a solo female or couple). There is also no hot "breakfast" in the "bed and breakfast".

A comfy bed in a lovely area outside the city centre - great.

Lovely stay in a great room with a comfy bed. Breakfast was a nice option, and everything was very clean. I had lots of privacy from Giuseppe, who helpfully answered the questions I had about getting into town etc.

There wasn't enything I didn't like.

I would recommend this BnB to anyone looking for a short-term accommodation.

The BnB is close to the city centre with many shops and food options nearby. The room was clean and welcoming. I enjoyed the morning coffee and breakfast provided.

One of the glass shower doors was missing, so the bathroom rug got slightly wet after using the shower.

Awesome and quiet place, cozy room, and a comfy bed. Enjoy sweet breakfast, tea, and coffee. Not too far from the city center, easy bus access from the airport, and you can walk to Bologna Central station. The owner, a very nice man, lives in the same apartment.

The owner is lovely but a smoker, yet there might be a noticeable scent of the IQOS in the kitchen at times.

The host was very friendly and accommodating. The small apartment was nicely outfitted, quiet, in a good neighborhood with nearby connections to public busses.

A tourist map to help one getting oriented would have been nice. Using Google maps is rather cumbersome and at times confusing.

The room was quite big, furniture nice, clean towels, clean sheets..

We stayed in BxB many times but this experience was far away from nice one. There is no note the owner lives there and you share a bathroom. with his and others. Yes, he had his belongings in the bathroom:-) As you can read the owner says all time he cleans the bathroom many times a day which is not true. The bin was completely full and cleaning was not done properly. There was dust on the floor in the room- in the corners, on the carpet. The room was very hot however we couldn't open the window- a lot of mosquitoes and all night until 4 pm partying in the garden. As we had early flight we didn't sleep all night. I literally wanted to leave at night. The place is really dirty- especially the kitchen, the fridge. What is totally unacceptable is his heavy smoking. We booked a non smoking place. He smoked all evening in the kitchen so the small was everywhere- in the hall in the bathroom. He said to close the door but everybody knows it doesn't help. How do you want to go to the kitchen if he smokes there and serves breakfast in that place? Really terrible. I don't understand why he doesn't write- a smoking place, smokers wouldn't mind and others wouldn't go there and wouldn't be unhappy !!! Seriously for the money you pay -stay in the city centre. First night we stayed in Albergo Panorama for 64 euros with nice breakfast, sharing bathroom but it was so clean and you are in the city centre. The second night we stayed in 4 stars Eliot hotel for 58 euros so that his stay was really expensive what you pay for. Because we paid in advance we couldn't change it. Also this person in not pleasant and welcoming- he smokes and drinks a lot, you can smell it if you are around. I would really NOT recommend and I have to add we have been travelling a lot.

Location is very convenient, close to the centre. Easy to find, restaurants and shops nearby. A balcony with a garden view is a great benefit! There was a bottle of water in the room, much appreciated!

room was clean and cozy but bed was too solid/non comfortable. in fact, its a basic airbnb flat which is owner lives in(he seems good and polite guy). city center is 25mins by walk but flat has nice location with market,restaurant and bar options around.

flat smells very heavy smoking which was unbearable. kitchen and bathroom to share with others(the girl in next room was running with towels to not seen by anyone after bath :) . bath was not celan enough in details. no check in after midnight (obviously it mentions in description)

The location is just perfect! Walking distance from the city centre is the best bonus. The room is very beautiful and all needed facilities presented. The host is very kind and hospitable!!

It is relatively close to the city center if you don't mind a 2 km walk. The room was ok, quite comfortable. The balony in the kitchen has a great view.

It was very hot and noisy in the room. One night the neigbours above were probably quarrelling, you could hear shouting and slamming the door. The place is not clean - the room and kitchen table were ok, but the rest was not good. In the living space you could smell the cigarrettes all the time. But, the worst was the attitude of the owner. As my flight was delayed more than an hour due to general problems all over Europe, I was supposed to reach the place after midnight. The owner said he was not comfortable with that and the strict hours of arrival were not without reason. Besides, it was Saturday and he wanted to go out. I mean I uderstand this, but no one can predict the delays so flexibility is needed here. My first minutes in Bologna I spent stressing that I would not have a place to stay at.
