Excellent location, spotlessly clean and beautifully equipped apartment. Comfortable beds, perfect air conditioning, and every little detail thoughtfully taken care of (including plug adapters). Monica was a wonderful host — warm, helpful, and welcoming. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this place. We’d love to come back!

Location

The apartment is in a good location, but unfortunately there are a few things that should be mentioned. First, the cleanliness was not up to the standard we expected. The apartment could definitely have been cleaned more thoroughly. Also, please be aware that the apartment is located on the basement/lower-ground floor, which was not very clear from the listing and is worth knowing before booking. Regarding the city tax, we were charged €6 per person per night. According to the information we found, the applicable tourist tax for this type of accommodation should be €3.50 per person per night, so we would appreciate clarification regarding the amount charged. Overall, we expected a better level of cleanliness and more transparency regarding the accommodation and the city tax.

Clean and walking distance to the Vatican.

1 bathroom for 7 grown ups is horrible! The main door to go inside the building did not automatically open and someone had to go out and open it for the person which was so much of a hassle. The host kept asking me about my check in and check out times and made me feel pressured about my time and schedule which is a big minus in my opinion as I am a person who wants to take things easy when I am on vacation.
