An excellent location, perfect for visiting Rome and getting around easily to the Vatican and the city center. The apartment was spacious, clean, and equipped with all the necessary amenities: a washing machine, a kitchen stocked with pots and dishes, a refrigerator, Wi-Fi, and everything else needed for a comfortable and practical stay. There is also a very convenient luggage storage facility located nearby.

There are also many shops and a Carrefour Express minimarket nearby. The apartment is equipped with everything you need. There are excellent restaurants and bars in the area, and the Ottaviano metro station is just a 3-minute walk away. There are two separate bedrooms, a living room with a kitchenette (equipped with everything you need, including a coffee machine), and one bathroom. The apartment is very clean and quiet. The host was very kind and responsive to our needs. He provided us with lots of information about the city and helped us with the transfer from the airport to the apartment, even allowing us to check in early. We will definitely return at the first opportunity.

We were able to walk everywhere, with the longest walks being around 30 minutes to the Colosseum and Santa Maria Maggiore, while the Pantheon, the Castle, and the Vatican were all reachable in about 10 minutes. Access to the apartment was easy, and it was very comfortable for our family of four, offering everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The hosts were extremely kind and welcoming. We followed several of their restaurant recommendations and were very satisfied every time. They also arranged taxis to and from the airport, which made everything much easier for us. If we return to Rome, we would definitely choose to stay here again

There were enough beds for our family of four. I was near the metro, and close to an excellent bakery.
This place looks great online. However, the photos don't reflect the tired, slightly neglected air to this apartment. It's not unacceptable, since we were out for most of our 3 night stay, but that was mainly due to us not wanting to be in the apartment. Here is list of little things that led us to give this review (no particular order): * Overpowering scent of a diffuser * Dusty shelves, knick knacks * Cables trailing across the floors -multiple areas * Smart TV not connecting to apps like Netflix (downstairs) * No covers on battery compartments on both TV remotes * Overhead rainshower head must be blocked with limescale, water doesn't come through the holes, rather from the connector to pipe * No soap in the bathroom soap dispenser (there were mini bars of soap) * Artwork slipping out of frames, no glass in some frames (broken, not replaced?) * Living room window shutter jammed shut * Only two mugs, both chipped on rim * There was only ONE bowl * The coffee capsules were too large for the coffee maker, so no coffee * Knobs missing from kitchen cabinet door * Drawers on chests misaligned, tried to fix, but continued to drag or not close fully * Signs to do things - like use a specific towel from specific box to clean makeup off face - but there was not little box or little towels to do this * The bathroom needs a deep clean and new grout - all gone black, everywhere The instructions state there is a phone in the apartment to contact for assistance, but there was no phone. There was a phone number on the wall, but we didn't contact as there wasn't one thing to really comment on it was okay, but shabby, not filthy, but not clean. I woke up knowing I needed to take my allergy pill (dust allergy), which I normally do not feel like I need to do at home. Everything could be made good on this place with a deep clean, a weekend of DIY and new crockery and bedding.
