About this cottage rental

Just bring your food and cloths. This two bedroom two bath cottage sleeps four to six. Upstairs the main bedroom has a queen size bed and sitting area with ocean views, cable smart TV. The second bedroom has two twin beds. The bath has a shower over tub. Down stairs the living room with views has cable Smart TV and DVD. A flip flop couch that makes into a comfortable double bed and a padded bench large enough to sleep one. There is also a full kitchen with everything you need to cook and eat with.. A shower bath and a two car garage with washer and dryer. There is a variety of movies, books and games for your enjoyment. Large fenced deck and yard with picnic table. Enjoy the view and sounds of the ocean.

The property is feeling it's age. Soap dispenser in Kitchen didn't work.Door handle in one of the bedrooms nearly fell off. Dead bolt on front door was loose.

Comfortable house walking distance to the beach. Close to old town and restaurants. Loved the fenced in backyard for our dogs. Kitchen is well stocked and the rest of the house had everything we needed for a relaxing trip to the coast.

Great for two of us for two weeks. It is a handyman's dream with dozens of projects needing work, as the property is getting old enough without a homeowner's care. Killed a dozen spiders, encounters several spider webs. Outstandingly equipped - books, magazines, puzzles, kitchen equipment. enjoyed it a lot.

Property is a small cottage, well kept and maintained. Perfect for a grandparents who don't mine staires. The two recliners up stairs by the wondow looking west at face rock was a treasure for pondering. Close to the trail for the beach, limited ocean views and a very quiet neighborhood.

Property was smaller than portrayed. Raw sewage backed up in side yard - when owner was notified she neither followed through with repairs nor could she help us find other accommodations since it was Christmas Eve. We were forced to call city authorities to remedy the situation. The repair service the city provided did a remarkable clean up considering the situation & did get the sewer working properly. Property was near beach & did have a beautiful view of the ocean. I will find a different property the next time I visit Bandon.

This is a cute little cozy cottage, with a view. It was really nice to have access to the garage. Washer and dryer were appreciated. Loved the location. The beds were comfortable. Enjoyed the seating area in the master, upstairs. The reclining loveseat was comfy. Would recommend staying there. Both bedrooms are upstairs.

Fantastic location, decent kitchen setup (except no lid with a handle for the large pot and pan, dirty grease-laden spounges, and no dish soap for hand washing). All of the high-touch surfaces appeared clean. The property is very old and not well kept. I have a kid who bounces around a lot who got splinters in his foot twice from the very old wood floor in the living room. The bathrooms and kitchen have ancient, moldy wooden windows that don't open. I learned that the hard way when I tried to open the kitchen window and it almost fell on me. There is dust under the furniture and doors, the vent in the upstairs bathroom is filthy, the window tracks are moldy and dirty. When I contacted the host with complaints, they were super fast in getting back to me. But the feedback to my complaints were excuses or "I've never heard that before". All in all, the location made it worth it, though.

This place is barely 1/2 mile from old turn Bandon which is full of cool shops, restaurants and even an old school shoe/boot maker! There are two rooms upstairs with a full bathroom and downstairs has a bathroom with walkin shower plus pull out sofa…, It’s quaint and has a garage…. With washer and dryer! The view is great and the deck is large! Any negative reviews are BS! We will rent here again and happily so!

This place had a feeling about it that just made you feel right at home. That is until you stepped out for the short walk to the Beach. That section of beach was the most beautiful I have ever seen. The tall pillar like rocks sticking straight up out of the sand really were a wonder to behold. We had many long walks with our dog Molly. Everyone we met were friendly nice people. Thanks for a great stay at the Oregon Coast.

We loved our location and the distance to the beach. Nice to get some views of the ocean and sunset was great from the deck and even better from the cul de sac. It was much roomier than I had previously thought, so that was a nice surprise. I would stay there again!

The description of the property was spot-on. One minor detail that could have been clearer was that while both bedrooms were on the second floor, they shared a bathroom as the second bathroom was on the first floor. Not a deal breaker and we would gladly return.

Delightful spot. Cozy with everything you need and more! The stairs were a bit of a challenge with luggage. The ocean view is beautiful though somewhat limited in between 2 other houses. However a very short walk gives the magnicent views that we look forward to at the Oregon coast! Can’t wait to return!

This is a cute little house that is close to the beach. I recommend it for small families with 3+ age kids. It’s a quick walk to the beach. Good wifi. Línens and towels were really nice and everything was clean, tidy and comfy. Being pet friendly was a big plus for us. We enjoyed our stay.

We enjoyed staying in this comfortable house close to the town of Bandon where we ate some of our meals. Spent most of the time at our Sister's home, but loved the comfort and warmth of the house. It is well supplied with anything you would need. Hope to return again when visiting.

This is our second time staying here and look forward to coming back next year. House is in a perfect location for connecting with our friends and very close to the ocean. Slept with windows open to hear the ocean at night. Excellent stay.

Overall a pleasant place to stay. Older cottage is quaint and in a nice location about a 4 minute walk to the beach. The actual view to the oceanfront is not quite what was expected based on the photo... the road adjacent was a bit louder then what we were hopping for as there was a bit more traffic than expected for the location and some neighbors drove a bit quicker than they should. An pleasant 8 minute walk up the road took us to a nice resrestaurant with ocean views and the long beach was beautiful in both directions and very pleasant for afternoon walks. Overall we had a nice stay and wouldn't have minded a few extra days.

Very CLEAN- quite dated but that was ok- good location, great deck, lots of linens/ could invest in a new broom and s small skillet ( one has very bad/ look/ dangerous handle) and some place mats instead of fabric tablecloth. Housekeeper was amazing/ alerted us to a forgotten item right away,

We had a great stay at the beach house by Face Rock State Scenic Vewpoint House was spic-n-span clean. No amenities were lacking. Everything was locatable (where would I put a spatula?). Food stores are 2 mins away. Windows show the ocean's whitecaps. The only drawback? One time we did have to wait at a light.... :) FANTASTIC STAY. WONDERFUL BARGAIN IN BANDON.
